“Choosing second song as our DJ service for our wedding was the best decision we could have made!! The team is so accommodating and made the process of choosing our DJ so easy. After choosing second song, they allowed us to set up phone calls to interview DJ's to find the perfect fit for us. We ended up choosing DJ Daniel Cabral. Daniel was attentive and set up multiple meetings with us prior to our wedding to discuss our vision for our wedding day. Everything ran perfectly throughout the entire day. The audio for our ceremony was perfect and the music selections throughout cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception set the mood for our wedding. We also hired a string trio through second song and they did a beautiful job at our ceremony and cocktail hour. Our reception was a party and Daniel made sure people were on the dance floor all night long. We also had my cousin play the trumpet at our reception while Daniel played a song in the background. Daniel mic'd up his trumpet for us and it was such a hit! We also got our Photo Booth through second song and they provided the uplighting at the venue! They are everything you could want from a DJ service and more!! If you are looking for a DJ service, second song is the way to go!!!!”

Our wedding was Indian fusion and he did such a great job considering our playlists and also adapting to the crowd. “From my first call with JJ Essen, I knew his team was a good fit. He was prompt, communicative, and organized. He assigned Scott as our DJ & Javier as our photobooth attendant. Scott was equally communicative & organized. He set up multiple calls throughout the process, and was super flexible with us when we had to change our venue & timeline 3 weeks before the wedding. I sent Scott some specific songs, but also shared my Spotify playlists, and he made sure the entire night was popping! The dance floor was full all night, as Scott played banger after banger. He really nailed my music taste! And Javier made the photobooth so fun for my guests! “The Hook Club made our wedding dreams come true. My husband is Dominican and I am from New England, and therefore we were looking for a bilingual band that could play a very wide range of music - from American wedding classics, to Pop, to Reggaeton, to Merengue, to Bachata — and a group that could MC the evening in Spanish and English, and bring the energy to keep the party going.  We went with Hook Club’s 7 piece DJ Band, and they were above and beyond fantastic. They curated a setlist that somehow, despite the wide range of music, flowed together and was cohesive. I can’t express enough how talented they are vocally, instrumentally, professionally, and as performers. The dance floor was absolutely lit; even my brother who was on crutches and had a torn labrum couldn’t stay away. It makes me tear up thinking about how much energy, positivity, and happiness they brought to our night — they will always have a special place in our hearts. They are also true professionals - the planning process was easy, they were prompt in all communication, and on the day of they handled venue-related hiccups with grace. They were the first vendor to arrive to ensure a thorough set up, and the last to leave.  They are truly such a special, one of a kind group, and I cannot recommend them enough. Of all the many decisions we made in planning our wedding, choosing THC was by far the best decision of them all. Although our wedding was back in August; our friends and family are still talking about The Hook Club, exlusively referring to them as “ the best wedding band they have ever heard before”. We had a fairly diverse crowd in terms of age, background, taste in music and their ability to please that wide range of people is a testament to their talent. THANK YOU TO THE HOOK CLUB !!!”

He double-checked our chosen songs and made suggestions if he thought one of them wouldn't work. He really brought the party to the wedding day! Our MC Matt was top-notch. He made sure that he had everyone's names correct, that our timeline was on schedule, and was able to work on his feet when something didn't happen exactly in the timeline. He was organized, prepared, communicative, and excited to be part of our celebration from start to finish. Throughout the entire wedding day, Don followed all of our notes and instructions carefully and made sure every song and announcement happened exactly when and how we wanted. He announced everything clearly and timely, kept the flow of the evening running smoothly, and was always attentive to the energy of the room. As a DJ, he was incredible. He played all the songs we wanted while also reading the crowd perfectly and keeping the dance floor packed all night long. He really knew how to match the vibe and keep the energy up throughout the evening. We received so many compliments from our guests about the music and atmosphere. We also loved the photo booth that came with District Remix — it was such a fun addition and a huge hit with everyone. We truly could not have asked for a better DJ experience and would highly recommend Don and District Remix to anyone planning a wedding or special event!”

“Please do yourself a favor and book AAM Entertainment for your wedding or gathering! DJ Chris was absolutely amazing during every step of wedding planning and wedding day. We had him include in a few key songs we wanted played, but let him do the rest and he did NOT disappoint! His emcee skills were top notch and keep the crowd going all night long. “Miggy with Amplify was the perfect choice for our wedding day. On multiple occasions Miggy went above and beyond what was asked of him. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for our day. We cannot thank or recommend Miggy enough! The ceremony was perfect, we did not notice him nor was he intrusive in any way. It was perfectly set up and everything went without a hitch. For our reception Miggy was perfect, he was the best MC we could have asked for. Our entrance was timed perfectly and our dances went great. He was attentive to everything happening and always accommodated us. The cold sparks added so much to our day! Once again, Miggy went above and beyond in ways we cannot thank him enough! You would not have known our wedding was dry because Miggy kept the hits coming and didn't stop the entire night. “Chime entertainment is an all around amazing vendor for DJ/MCEE, Photo booth, and videography services. Our day was amazing thanks to them! The Photo Booth added such a fun touch to the evening and was definitely a huge hit with all the funny props! It also left us with a full digital album of all of our guests having the time of their lives and was immediately available for us to look at (which came in handy while we waited for our wedding photos to come back). Everyone wont stop talking about how fun/perfect our wedding was and these guys were definitely the reason. “Marcus DJ'd our wedding this past weekend and he was the best DJ we could ask for! We had an initial consultation with him to align on what we're generally looking for, completed a "worksheet" with all the music and MCing details and any specific songs/playlists we wanted played, and then a final meeting to review the day from top to bottom. Marcus was communicative and easy to reach with any questions during this time. On the day of the wedding, he came several hours ahead of time to set up and prepare. During the wedding, Marcus played all the music from guest arrival to reception exactly how we envisioned, and MC'd all of the entrances, first dances, guest photos, etc. exactly on time and without too much fluff, which is what we wanted. Later, he played a great set of 2010s-2020s EDM and hype guest favorites that got the dance floor lit, and with great mixing and transitions too. Highly recommend Marcus if you're looking for a wedding DJ who's very skilled/experienced and just really knows music (not your average wedding DJ)!”

“When my husband and I started our wedding planning journey, we wanted to find a DJ that would be able to play music form both my culture (Haitian) and my husbands (Puerto Rican). During my search, his business popped up on IG. I went through his IG profile and knew he was the one I wanted. I sent his profile to my husband and he sold. What also sold us was all the extra services he had! Everything all in one place. In all I booked the sparklers, smoke machine, 360 Photo Booth, an Emcee, and gobo lights. My first dance, OMG. Guests are sending me videos they took. Being in the experience was one thing. Watching the videos, I couldn’t stop crying at how beautiful it turned out. The smoke machine and sparklers just brought everything together. Everyone RAVED about the 360 booth. And the MUSIC. We didnt stop moving all night. I got so many phone calls that week about how great the music was, how sore people were from dancing all night lol. We had a diverse group of people and he was able to reach everyone. “Golden Bell traveled to New Orleans to play my wedding, and they put on the set of our dreams. We skipped all of the expected wedding songs and handed them a playlist of all of our favorite disco and funk songs (with a sprinkling of Phish jams) and they delivered an absolutely mind-blowing set. I pretty much missed the rest of my reception because I was on the dance floor All. Night. Long. (Please see photos below of me LOSING MY MIND). Our wedding was 8 months ago (yes, this review is super late) and people are STILL making comments about how good the music at our wedding was. If you are a funk/ disco fan, hire Golden Bell.
