One of the things I appreciated most was how comfortable she made us feel throughout the planning process. Angie also offers rental services for a variety of wedding items, including arches, lawn games, and décor pieces, which can be incredibly helpful for couples looking to simplify their planning process. We also loved using Timeline Genius, the planning platform she utilizes. It made collaboration easy and allowed us to review timelines, comment on details, and stay organized throughout the planning process.
Another area where Angie truly excelled was vendor coordination. She communicated professionally and effectively with our photographer, caterer, venue, DJ, and other vendors, ensuring that everyone was aligned and informed. This gave us tremendous peace of mind leading up to the wedding.
On the wedding day, Angie and her two assistants were absolutely phenomenal. Their organization and teamwork were evident from the start, and they remained in constant communication through their walkie-talkie system throughout the day. Thanks to their coordination, the timing of the entire event ran even more smoothly than our original timeline anticipated.
The transformation they helped create at our venue was incredible. They assisted with setting up numerous DIY elements, including our floating candle centerpieces with Orbeez and floating pearls, and helped bring together our florals, including centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres. So much of the beauty of our wedding day came together because of their hard work, attention to detail, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Their support at the end of the evening was equally impressive. Our venue had two levels, with the wedding party getting ready upstairs. Without being asked, Angie and her team helped gather and bring downstairs countless personal items as the night was winding down. This was an enormous help, especially since everyone was either exhausted or enjoying their final moments celebrating together.
Most importantly, Angie and her team ensured that the entire day ran seamlessly. They worked closely with the caterers, DJ, photographer, venue staff, and wedding party to keep everything on track while allowing us to remain fully present and enjoy the day. Their professionalism, kindness, organization, and dedication were invaluable, and we truly cannot imagine our wedding day without them.
