I started Proof Mobile Mixology September 2024 when I got married and wanted to have an elevated version of a mobile bar at my own wedding, but everything on the market was too rustic for my taste. So I created it! Proof is not your normal bartending service. Proof is a classy, curated and elevated experience from the initial inquiry, through creating one-of-a-kind signature drinks to the event itself. The Venue can host up to large events of up to 200. For couples seeking to make the most of the authentic scenery, the stable & meadow space are great for ceremonies & receptions in a natural setting but allow for indoor space too. The lawn space has enough space for tented covers, a dance floor, and live entertainment. Smaller gatherings, the venue’s main house space is amazing for receptions & ceremonies up to 85. Additional spaces include the intimate tea house and pond, & many gardens. Working in close relation with the venue’s professional event planners, couples can ensure every aspect of their day is covered, leaving no fine detail overlooked. The venue's starting fee includes setup, cleanup, tables, chairs, on-site parking, & more!

A native of Oregon, Megan Bamford found her calling to cuisine when she was just a tot. In July of 2013, she was named Pastry Chef on Team USA, a role in which she will always consider being one of the most rewarding experiences in her life. She believes that cooking with fresh ingredients and having a positive attitude are the most powerful tools in the kitchen. Most recently Megan traded her chef coat for a lab coat and studied Food Science and Micro Biology at Penn State. As of May 2017 Megan finally made her way back to west coast to open Bamford Bakeshop with her family.

I'm Courtney - I'm a (vaxxed) Oregon-based family, couples, & wedding/elopement photographer. I was born and raised in California, went to UO for college (Go Ducks!), spent 3 years exploring Colorado with my husband, and moved back to Oregon in November of 2020 to be close to our amazing community of friends and family.

I started taking photo’s when I was a little kid, it started with clouds and beautiful sunsets on an old wind up camera. Fast forward to my senior year in high school, my mom bought me a Canon powershot A95 as a graduation gift in 2005 (Thank you mom) and that gift changed everything and allowed me to take endless digital photos. Today I am shooting with a Nikon D600 and I love it! On my down time I enjoy playing instruments with my amazing wife Sophia and watching movies snuggled up on our couch with some wine. I love getting outside and exploring the city as well as getting lost in nature on some hikes.

I'm easy-going and love being behind the camera. I learned to shoot on film before digital was even a thing and have shot over 300 weddings since 2008. There isn't anything I haven't seen and can't handle. I'm a coffee snob and love being outdoors.
