We had our first call about 6 months before our wedding. Another call we had with her closer to the wedding, we shared with her we were struggling to find bus transportation for our bridal party (we waited last minute) and she did her own research and came back with a couple vendors she recommended. One of the vendors she recommended we used. Additionally, Danielle came the day before to help set up our reception and stayed for rehearsal. We had a hiccup with our rentals and Danielle took it upon herself to take care of the situation so we could move forward with other things we had to get done before rehearsal. “Amy and her team were amazing!! I don’t know how the day ended with no issues but I suspect it was all them. The month before we were very busy with work and Amy made everything so much easier, coordinating with the vendors, thinking of things we hadn’t considered, and helping with our very last minute decision to put a picture with our guests at each place setting. The day of the team was the silent shadow keeping everything moving and giving a quick nod the few times I saw them to say everything was going well. Bringing along my expertise as both wedding planner and travel agent, I’m your personal concierge for all your wedding and travel arrangements! “Brooke once told me during one of our many consultations, that the name of her business was “practically perfect” because nothing is ever 100% perfect, but her goal is to get it as close as possible. I didn’t realize how right she would be. First off the vendors she chose- the catering, the dj, the hair and makeup artist, the bartender, the florist… every single one of these vendors came through in a big way for me! They all knocked it out of the park, and that’s mostly because of Brooke! She knew what she was doing when she chose them, and she handled pretty much all of the communication. I just had to give approval and tell them exactly what I wanted, and Brooke made sure that happened. You just have to trust that you chose her for a reason and that she is going to make the right decisions. Every single thing about my day exceeded my expectations. Now let’s talk about her professionalism. I had someone at my wedding be… not so nice to her. Not Brooke’s fault. She handled it with grace and professionalism both during and after the situation, and made sure it caused as little of a hiccup as possible during my day. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me that Brooke was there for me every single step of the way taking care of things. I’m sure there’s things she tackled that I don’t even know about, and for that I am grateful also. Brooke, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for me. You never once seemed stressed or overwhelmed which put me at ease during this process. I am so grateful for you, my wedding wouldn’t have been the same without you!”
