Working with Snowden Wedding Designs was such a relief because Kelsey kept us in the loop every step of the way and gave us regular updates that made us feel prepared and confident. What really impressed us was how detail-oriented she is. She thought through everything we didn't even know we needed to think about. We gave her creative freedom with our flower box and florals, and she nailed it by designing something totally unique that was exactly what I had envisioned but couldn't quite articulate myself. Kelsey's designs were genuinely beautiful and elevated our whole wedding day. From the planning phase through the actual event, her attention to detail and thoughtfulness made such a difference. She was an amazing guide for the wedding day itself too. We'd absolutely recommend Snowden Wedding Designs to any couple looking for a planner who will go above and beyond.

The best wedding coordinator!!
From our first conversation with Snowden Wedding Designs, we knew we were in good hands. Kelsey was genuinely invested in making our day special, always checking in with us, and explaining every decision along the way. What really set her apart was how she handled all the vendor coordination and logistics behind the scenes—we literally just showed up on our wedding day and everything was flawless. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she made it clear that her goal was to take stress off our shoulders so we could actually enjoy the experience. Our wedding would not look the way it did without Snowden Wedding Designs. We can't recommend her highly enough to any couple looking for a planner who truly cares.

One of the key items that makes Snowden Wedding Designs special is we do not constrain you to how many contacts you get when working with us. Whichever planning package you end up selecting, you have unlimited contacts, including texts, calls, video calls, and in-person meetings. We believe in making your wedding special by really getting to know you as a couple, your wants, vision, fears, etc. That can only happen with time and a relationship!

When you book with Snowden Wedding Designs, you book the full day with us. Our undivided attention will be on your event. This means your main contact will always be our head designer and owner, Kelsey Snowden.

We are a family-owned business. You will always be working with the head designer, Kelsey Snowden, and her team to execute your vision.

Booking earlier is better, but not a deal breaker. We recommend booking 12 months in advance to make sure your date/weekend is available. From the moment you sign your contract, we will get started on your event. If you sign a year and a half in advance, we will get started at booking. If your wedding is only three months away, no problem, we will meet more frequently leading up to the event to make sure everything is cohesive and ready for your big day.
