Regarding the items mentioned, we understand the concern around the missing cake forks. While our team did not intentionally remove or discard any personal items, we take concerns like this seriously. As communicated, we offered to cover the cost of the forks when they could not be located, as a gesture of good faith and care. On the day of the event, our team follows structured service guidelines designed to maintain timing, cleanliness, and flow for all guests. Plate clearing and table maintenance are part of that process. That said, we never want service to feel rushed or disruptive, and we regret if any aspect of timing did not align with your expectations.
