Our partial planning package is perfect for couples who’ve started the process but want expert guidance to bring everything together with confidence and clarity. We step in to refine your plans, fill in the gaps, recommend trusted vendors & build a seamless timeline that ensures nothing is missed. You’ll feel supported, organized & fully prepared for a wedding day that unfolds effortlessly.

Our Micro Wedding Planning service is designed for couples who want an intimate celebration for fifty guests or less without sacrificing professionalism, structure, or support. We provide guidance leading up to the day, manage vendor communication & timelines & oversee the flow of your celebration so everything feels calm, intentional & organized. Your micro wedding receives the same level of care, attention & expertise as a full-scale event.

Our Coordination package is designed for couples who’ve planned their wedding but want a professional to step in, refine the details & execute the day flawlessly. 60 days out, we take over vendor communication, finalize timelines/logistics & ensure every piece is where it needs to be. On wedding day, we become your point person — anticipating needs, solving problems & keeping everything running smoothly so you can be fully present.

    Look No Further For Your Planner- She's the best!

    As a wedding photographer, I've worked with a lot of planners, and Crown & Harmony Events was such a pleasure to work alongside. They were organized, communicative, and kept the day running smoothly without ever making it feel rushed. Their couples are clearly well cared for, and it shows in how relaxed and present everyone is throughout the day. A great planner makes a difference not only for the couple, but for every vendor involved. Crown & Harmony created a collaborative atmosphere that made the entire day enjoyable, and I'd happily work with them again. We call this package “60-Day Management”, and it actually starts the second we sign a contract with you!  We offer unlimited communication via email so you can contact your planner throughout your planning for advice, questions or just to vent! 
Yes! We carry $1 million in general liability insurance which covers us to work in any venue.
The earlier, the better - especially for popular dates! Many couples secure our services 12 months in advance. However, we also accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
Absolutely! We’re happy to collaborate with the vendors you’ve selected and can also provide recommendations if you’re still building your team. Our goal is to bring everything together smoothly.
