Joyous Gatherings
Joy is the heart behind Joyous Gatherings, bringing over a decade of hands-on event coordination experience to every gathering she touches. Born and raised in Ohio, Joy moved to Florida in 1996, where she spent more than 10 years serving couples as a wedding coordinator and ordained minister—offering everything from day-of coordination to full-service planning and vendor matchmaking. In 2006, she stepped away from the business to begin her career in education, but she never stopped missing the magic of events. Ohio ultimately called her home in 2024 she returned to what she proudly calls the greatest state of all.
Joyous gatherings bring a whimsical, free-flowing perspective to planning. She maintains a positive attitude, with minimal stress, and consistently exceeds expectations. She has an army of supporters who are available to help make your vision a reality.

| Description | Different levels of service depending on your party size. My prices start at $1500 for smaller celebrations (50 people) and grow to $5000 for (200+ people). We meet many times before the event to make the selection and preparation process as seamless as possible. We offer locating and managing vendors, coordinating the rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and the day after brunch. With additional services like tear up, tear down, and timeline. | Wedding coordinator ensures that every vendor, detail, and transition is handled smoothly without placing the burden on you or your loved ones. They are the central point of contact for vendors and stays aligned with the timeline. Overseeing décor placement to coordinating breakdown at the end of the night, a coordinator keeps everything running efficiently and discreetly, handling questions and problem-solving in real time. | While there is the option of the couple assisting with their own selection of vendors, we can assist with the overall coordination and verification of services before the event and day of. | Starting at $750 for under 25 guests. $1500 includes under 50 guests: F! rom full planning to just saying I do.
