“We cannot recommend Kathryn enough! First (and most obvious) (and also most important) point is that the photos she took were incredible. She captured our night beautifully. More than that though, she captured how the night felt. The photos weren't overly posy, but rather showed off how much fun and excitement there was for the entire night. I think one of the best things I can say about Kathryn is that she really made a point of figuring out HOW we wanted her to photograph the wedding and delivered. As I wrote above, we wanted the photographs to look great, but mostly just capture how the wedding felt and she delivered on that 100%. Also, as much as she made sure we were leading all the decision making, she really knew her stuff and took things off of our plate where we could. We knew how we wanted the photos to look generally, but neither of us are photographers. So we talked to her about style and vibe and she really took it from there. “Working with Caitlinn for our wedding was an AMAZING experience. We couldn’t be happier with our photos! I told her from the get go that my fiancé (now husband!) and I never take good photos, but she assured me that our photos would look natural and not overly posed, which is what we wanted. Caitlinn responded promptly to every email and worked with us to create an efficient timeline for our very large family and bridal party. We had four small children in our bridal party and Caitlinn handled them like an expert and got some amazing shots of all of them! She is incredibly organized and best of all, we received a “sneak preview” of our photo gallery one or two days after the wedding, and the entire photo gallery within a week of the wedding! And the pictures, OMG are they beautiful. The hardest part is choosing which photos to put in our album - they are all that good! (But we get to keep the full digital photo gallery which is being displayed on a digital frame). I particularly appreciated how “unobtrusive” her style is - especially during the very emotional moments like our first look - we didn’t “feel” like we were being photographed so we were able to enjoy the moment and act naturally. She captured all of the big moments and the small details too and her artistic eye created beautiful shots of everything from getting ready all the way to the cake cutting and everything in between. Caitlinn is also an incredibly lovely person - her energy carries through in everything she does, and we felt so comfortable from her right from the get go. We have combined families and now as a family of 7 (three dogs, two cats) we have become an unstoppable force. We both share the same passion for photography, capturing the beauty all around us and making magic happen. Our dog Lucy, embodies love, kindness and poise. Hey! I'm Nina. I'm a pretty energetic and charismatic person that loves love and enjoys life. Documenting through photo is my favorite thing on this planet. I've been a professional photographer since 2016 but really I've been invested in photography since I was 15 years old. My love for documenting moments came from a desire to capture my own life and that of my friends using disposable cameras, flip phone cameras and point and shoot digital cameras on beach trips with friends. I have used writing, art, and photo to document my life and it is an incredibly special thing to be able to share that with my clients.

“Short story long. We got married in September 2025 on a bright and somewhat cloudy day in a Historic Lodge in Hudson Valley. Nina was our ONLY photographer that day. I don't know too much about photography, but I do know that on our wedding day the lighting in the building and the grounds was varied and difficult to navigate. I highlight this because the photos that Nina captured and edited were BEYOND SPECTACULAR. Aside from being extremely talented, she was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the day. She provided us structure prior to the day, but made everything seem seamless and effortless the day of the Wedding. I highly recommend Nina for literally every occasion. I grew up in Amagansett, NY, one town away from Montauk, hanging out at the ocean, riding horses, and photographing my plastic Breyer horse models in different scenarios with my little crappy film camera, always searching for the perfect light. I have since moved on to photographing people with better equipment and I still always search for that perfect light. I now live in the lovely Hudson Valley after a long stint in NYC and Brooklyn where I trained under fashion and editorial photographers before starting my own photography business almost 20 years ago. “Jordan is freaking amazing and was such an awesome person to work with on our wedding day! We booked an engagement shoot with her a year out before our wedding and as soon as we met her we knew she was the one we would hire for our wedding. First of all she is so nice and made us feel so comfortable during our engagement session, my husband and I never took professional photos before but she guided us through and even with our silliness and laughing the photos came out so incredible. Fast forward to 10.29.23 our wedding day Jordan was a rockstar, we had a jam packed day with two ceremonies and she literally was able to capture all the key photos we wanted, we got so many different vibes and I cannot be more happy with how our day went. When it started to rain we got amazing photos indoors and when we were outside she knew all the right spots to capture amazing photos.
