I started my business in 2009 and have been documenting weddings and families ever since. My very first job was as a photojournalist for a local newspaper! I love natural light, golden hour and photographs that tell a story. My daughter Zoey is the center of my world!

I am a lifestyle photographer with a journalistic approach based in Norwalk, Connecticut. My style of shooting is very unobtrusive and candid. I love natural light, golden hour and creating images that tell a story. I very much enjoy working with my clients and am easy going by nature, but love stepping into a more assertive role when needed. I believe that the best images are made when nobody knows they are being taken.

If I could give Danielle Robinson a hundred stars, it still wouldn’t be enough. Typically, couples book me about 12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

Sometimes I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Their work gets edited with my own so the images look streamline.

You can expect about 75 images per hour of photographing, but keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services for an additional charge.

In my many years of experience as a wedding photographer, I hardly have had to cancel a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding (think a hurricane or global pandemic), I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant and if you choose another date, I will do my best to become available. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers whom I know, so you can find the perfect replacement.
