Disappointing service for a special occasion
We chose the Refinery Rooftop for brunch the morning after our wedding, with a group of 9. The food was fine, but the service really let us down. Our waitress came across as standoffish and curt, and she barely spoke to us, which made the table feel awkward when we were trying to celebrate. For a large group marking a milestone, we expected a warmer, more attentive experience. Unfortunately, we won't be back.
