Can we bring our own alcohol?

Unfortunately, no. We require a SLA permit for all events, which must be pulled by someone with a liquor license. Your caterer can take care of this if they have a license, but we can also recommend separate bar catering for you .

What’s included in your starting rental fee?

Accepted Answer

You will have access to the building for a 16 hour period for set up, event, and breakdown. A venue manager will be onsite for the full duration of the 16 hours to make sure all vendors are loading in and out properly and that everything on the venue end is taken care of. Our event manager will also work with you and your vendors throughout the planning process to ensure a seamless event. However, we still require all clients to work with a professional day of event coordinator.

Do we need to get insurance?

All vendors must provide us with $2M in General Liability, with our property owner and venue management company listed as an additional insured. Most planners and vendors are aware of these requirements and can help handle this.

Do you have a space for the bridal party to get ready?

Our versatile venue has multiple space included in your rental including Studio A; An 840 square foot space is located on our ground level. This studio is perfect for a getting-ready space, green room, or production office.

Does the venue have a kitchen?

Yes, we have a kitchen with plenty of electricity and the capability to be curtained off, caterers can make use of this kitchen space which includes sufficient power is located right outside of Studios B+C.

How many hours are included in our booking?

Our rentals begin at 10 am, and our guest curfew is Midnight. This allows 2 hours for vendors to break down and clean up. Our venue manager will do a walkthrough to make sure the space is left as it was found.

Do you have on-site parking?

There is limited parking in the shared lot, which cannot be guaranteed Street parking can be challenging. The parking lot at the nearby Lowe’s is easy if a short walk is within your capacity. There are parking garages nearby and street parking or clients can bring in a valet.
