Bailey and Eliza love love. Both queer women married to transmen, we loved planning our own weddings and celebrating the parts of "the big day" that felt the most like our love stories. We have partnered together to bring this experience to you. Our ideal clients are also LGBTQIA+ (or at least allies who really like to party) who are looking to co-create the wedding of their dreams.
At BEloved Events, LLC, we believe in celebrating love in all its beautiful forms. We are a Philadelphia-based, LGBTQIA+ women-owned wedding planning business, dedicated to making your special day as unique and unforgettable as your love story. As queer women we have a deep understanding of the diverse needs and desires of our clients; our team is here to bring your dream wedding to life. Our passion lies in crafting weddings that reflect your personalities, values, and the essence of your love. The Perfect Planners to Bring Our Vision to Life
From our very first consultation, we knew Eliza and Bailey from Beloved Events LLC were the right fit for our chosen family wedding. Their knowledge of Philadelphia was invaluable as they guided us through venue research and tours, ultimately helping us find the perfect space for the unique celebration we had envisioned. They helped us navigate vendor selections, from our bakery to our DJ, and their thoughtful lists and organization kept us on track throughout the planning process. Their communication was always warm, friendly, and encouraging, and we felt genuinely supported every step of the way. They even went above and beyond to help us design and print our signage ahead of the celebration. On our wedding day, they made sure we could actually be present and enjoy it. They assembled our ceremony arch, kept us grounded, and seamlessly managed everything happening behind the scenes. Their attention to detail was exceptional, but what meant even more to us was how much they understood and respected the kind of celebration we wanted to create. We can't thank Eliza and Bailey enough for being not just incredible planners, but also wonderful human beings who made our day truly special.

Eliza is awesome!
Eliza was the day-of coordinator for our event. She helped us stay on track with everything a few months before the wedding and made us feel calm when final details started to ramp up. We hadn't been to many weddings before and Eliza made sure that everything for the ceremony was set up in a way that felt comfortable for us. She didn't make us feel like we had to do something a certain way because "that's the way" it's always been done. My sister had a health emergency a few days before the wedding and Eliza made sure that she had a room to relax if she needed to and had water at the ready. It was so kind of her to go above and beyond. If there was a problem day-of, we had no clue. Thank you for making everything run smooth!

The Dream Team
When we first stared wedding planning, my husband and I were uncertain where to start and felt overwhelmed. In came Eliza and Bailey of BELoved Events, who were the dream team in both helping us organize our thoughts and ourselves from when we first booked them through when we walked down the aisle. We booked them for day-of coordination services and an additional mini wedding planning workshop before the coordination services started, and we truly would not have gotten everything together without them. Eliza was our point person for our wedding and she truly made the day flow and worked so well with every vendor to make sure we were able to enjoy our day as best as possible. We felt so loved and cared for by BELoved Events and highly highly recommend them for your wedding planning and coordianation needs!

Best Planners Ever
Working with Beloved Events was the single greatest decision I made for our wedding! I had a wonderful stress free experience planning because they were so organized and on top of everything. They helped us prioritize tasks, reach out to vendors, plan decor, genuinely anything we needed. They are an amazing team who helped make all our visions come to life while keeping stress low! Would choose to work with them a million times over.

BEloved are the BEst!
We simply couldn’t recommend Bailey and Eliza enough. They are absolute rockstars and made sure my Husband and I had so much support, love, and respect through the entire process. There were certain aspects of our wedding that were non traditional and they were composers in making it seamless. Bailey and Eliza were invaluable coordinating our vendors, several of which had never done weddings before. We did the three month plan, starting with refining our vision board up to the day of the wedding. On our wedding day, they took full control making sure we felt like guests of honor rather than hosts, and shielded us completely from anything that went wrong. For example, there was a slight issue with a leaking pipe in the food service area that I only found out about a full week after the wedding because they handled it with privacy and urgency. Even after the wedding, they helped us with returning rentals to a tricky vendor. If you book BEloved, you will be incredibly lucky to have true partners in making your wedding amazing.
