My name is Jennifer Kochenour and I am the owner and lead makeup artist of JKo Beauty. I started JKo Beauty in 2016 after working as a freelance makeup artist for over 20 years. I am a published, full-time, licensed cosmetologist with over 26 years of professional experience. In 2002, I graduated from Westmore Academy of Cosmetic Arts in Los Angeles, California. In August of 2012, I relocated to Philadelphia from New York City. Over the years I have had so many incredible opportunities and experiences...my favorite work is always with brides. I believe your wedding day is truly one of the best days of your life.

I specialize in bridal makeup artistry. As a licensed cosmetologist, I am always looking for the newest or most updated techniques and products to deliver the very best to my brides. I personally work with every bride from the initial communication through the wedding day.

JKo Beauty specializes in bridal makeup artistry. You may also book makeup services for special events, professional headshots, various types of photo shoots and more. Makeup lessons, brow shaping and spray tanning are all also available.
Yes, both traditional and airbrush makeup are available. I personally love airbrush makeup and am happy to provide whatever is best for or preferred by each client.
I strongly recommend having a preliminary makeup trial. It should be scheduled at a time that you are able to wear your look for several hours. This allows you to experience how the look will wear. Most importantly, when your big day arrives you will be so much more confident and relaxed knowing how your makeup will look.
Trials are typically scheduled at Jennifer’s private studio located in Exton, PA. On-location trials are also offered based on availability.
You may book your wedding date up to 18 months in advance.
