Hi, I'm Kayla! I'm so glad you're here! I was asked to talk about why I'm passionate about my work. Well for one, I love meeting new couples. It brings me a lot of joy creating images for couples who want to preserve timeless memories. It's not just about the images but really connecting with my couples to make sure to make sure they have an effortless experience with me.

There are so many photographers out there to choose from especially since photography is so accessible now. Through my imagery I strive to capture romance, authenticity, and real timeless moments. I think I fall somewhere between fine art and editorial photography. I love setting up a good shot, but also allow things to play out as they would in real life. I love guiding my couples through the whole process from inquiry to photo delivery. I want all of my couples to have a fun and carefree experience with me and I do my very best to make that happen!

    I'm a wedding planner and I collaborated with Kayla on a styled shoot. She was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. She was extremely responsive, attentive to details and a truly sweet human being. On shoot day, Kayla worked her butt off in the 90 degree temperatures hustling from location to location. She has an eye for finding the perfect light, capturing flattering angles and bringing out your personality. None of that matters if the photos don't come out well- but as I expected, the photos were drop dread gorgeous! They exceeded all my expectations for the shoot and I'm just so grateful I had the chance to work with her. I very much look forward to referring her to my couples. So get her while you can...just book her! Do it!

    I’m the owner of Koat Floral. I’ve been working with numerous photographers since I started my job as a florist and I can say that Kayla was the best photographer I’ve ever worked with. I won’t describe how amazing her work is, because you’ll notice it within a second right after you visit her website or Instagram page. I adore her clean, classic and elegant style. Her photography never fails to capture the brightest/happiest moment of the couple. If I get married one day, Kayla will be the first vendor I will book(only If her availability allows it). Besides her amazing work, I want to mention how amazing of a person she is. Kayla is such a bright and friendly person. She makes the whole mood very easy and comfortable. Mostly, couples are not comfortable when they pose in front of others and cameras. But, with Kayla, it was totally different. The whole photoshoot seemed so much fun. I can hear the couple’s laughter and jokes throughout the whole shooting. When you see Kayla’s photos, you can see the couples’ genuine smiles. Those are hard to fake. The other one is her punctuality. Kayla is never late! Always come onsite earlier and even she sent the sneak peek photos so much earlier than it was scheduled(can you believe it?)! Normally, it takes a long time for the other photographers to send the photos and often it could be even delayed. But Kayla, she was the only photographer who sent the photos so much earlier. She said she couldn't wait to see the photos; that’s why she edited the photos without sleeping. I was genuinely touched by her work ethic and her passion towards her work. I’m so lucky to know Kayla because I've learned a lot from and been inspired by her and it’s always good to be surrounded by nice people. I hope many of you could have the same experience as I’ve done with Kayla. I LOVE YOU, KAYLA!!!

    Working with Kayla from the start was a breeze. She was responsive and so caring (considering all the “what if’s” during the covid 19 pandemic). Her and her husband took the most incredible photographs of us at our wedding. They truly captured us as a couple and we plan to use them for any/all future events! THANK YOU SO MUCH

She puts her couples at ease and is masterful at getting them to pose naturally in a way that yields incredible results. Her photographs are ones you will treasure for a life time.
