I started Petal Design Studio in 2006, making the decision to turn a lifelong love of flowers and nature into a career. I am always excited by the challenges and opportunities that each new client brings. For me, an intimate wedding dinner for 20 or a blow-out bash for 300 inspire the same attention to detail and creative expression needed to make an event that is both memorable and delightful.

I work in the heart of the flower market in Chelsea. Each day starts with a turn through the different stores so I can take in the vibrance and beauty on offer. The market is always fresh and inspiring, so I never want to recycle ideas, no matter how successful. Every arrangement and event presents its own unique opportunities.

    If you are looking for beautiful floral design look no further than Petal! Corrie took care of me from the beginning and was so respectful of my budget. She created beautiful arrangements from the inspiration I provided and even gave us a demo of what flowers/the general look we could expect.     Corrie is one of the best designers in NYC! It might seem hard to mess up an arrangement of gorgeous, fresh blooms—until you actually try it. There is true skill in floral design, and Petal Design has turned it into an art form. In all the special events where we partner and she pairs our rental furniture —and every other special day on the calendar— she makes the dream & vision all happen seamless with a smile.
