The duplex space takes advantage of the large street frontage and al fresco dining to brighten up what used to be an industrial city block. Design highlights include a large bar and dining room that flows onto a year-round patio creating an energetic dining and cocktail experience. A sprawling staircase opens up to 30ft ceilings and a living moss wall in an expansive lower level dining room, perfect for events, private dining, and social gatherings.
