Perfect for weddings of 115 guests or less, the Main Dining Room offers a seamless flow for your celebration. The space is divided, with one side set for dinner and the other left open for a standing ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing after dinner. A few high-top tables keep the vibe relaxed while ensuring a smooth transition between each part of your event.

Perfect for seated dinners up to 80 guests or standing receptions for 90, The Loft offers a warm, inviting setting for a memorable celebration.

Our wedding at Blackbarn
Working with Justine and the team at Blackbarn Restaurant was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their communication was efficient, proactive and friendly throughout the entire planning process. On the day of our wedding, the staff looked after each and every guest with a personal touch, and even made sure my husband and I had eaten and had a drink. The food and service was truly elegant and high quality - many of our guests raved about the delicious meal. If you want an excellent, seamless experience for your wedding, I highly recommend booking Blackbarn. Justine and the team will ensure your special day goes off without a hitch.
BEST WEDDING EVER!!!
From the moment my family and I met with Justine, the events manager at Blackbarn Restaurant, we knew we had found the perfect wedding venue. I really wanted my wedding to feel like a warm, intimate dinner party. I didn't want a blank slate venue with white walls or an event-hall vibe. Not only is Blackbarn a beautiful, warm, unique space for a wedding--the entire team there are some of the sweetest and most accommodating people we've ever worked with. By the time our wedding day arrived, the they felt like family. Justine in particular went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our special day was perfect, including the brilliant idea of passing out margarita shots as guests walked out to the dancefloor (which my guests are still raving about!). She's also just one of the kindest people I've ever met. My fiance and I also chose Blackbarn because we were insistent on feeding our guests good food (not good food for a wedding--actual good food), and Blackbarn delivered in spades--our guests are still complimenting the quality and quantity of the food (favorites were the mac and cheese croquettes, the lamb chops, and the butternut squash ravioli). At one point, during the late night snack, a friend turned around on the dancefloor and said "there's MORE food??" We are so grateful to Justine and the entire Blackbarn team for helping make our day absolutely PERFECT!!! I would get married there again if I could :') and I can't wait to return for dinner on future anniversaries and milestones.

Thanks to Blackbarn Restaurant and their team we had the wedding of our dreams. We could not recommend them enough. From the very start, working with Justine at Blackbarn made our wedding planning such a smooth and easy process. She was responsive, communicative, flexible and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process no matter how ridiculous our requests got. Blackbarn is a classic NY venue with a clean, modern and inviting atmosphere. We loved the beautiful views of Madison Square Park that can be seen from the tavern (bar area) in addition to the modern barn decor of the space. As we made our way to the dining room during our first visit, we were surprised at how expansive the room is - with a jaw dropping bar structure, beautiful tables & flatware, and open concept kitchen, it was impossible not to love. The farm-to-table menu features fresh, high-quality ingredients that resulted in delicious dishes that wowed our guests. Justine allowed us to fully customize our wedding package to fit our vision, and we are so grateful for her attentive service and the exceptional value Blackbarn provided for our special day.

From start to finish, our wedding at BLACKBARN was nothing short of perfection. My husband and I truly had the wedding of our dreams, and we could not have been happier with our decision to celebrate at this incredible venue. The location is unbeatable, and the space itself radiates warmth and intimacy—combining the cozy charm of upstate New York with the sophistication and luxury of a classic New York City establishment. It felt like the perfect reflection of us as a couple. The food and service were beyond amazing—our guests are still talking about how it was the best meal, cocktails, and overall experience they’ve ever had at a wedding. The layout of the restaurant made everything flow beautifully, creating a chic, comfortable atmosphere that felt like an elevated dinner party among friends and family. The planning team, especially Justine, went above and beyond; her seamless collaboration with our wedding planner made the entire process effortless. We never felt stressed and were able to fully enjoy every moment, feeling like guests at our own wedding. We cannot recommend BLACKBARN enough—it was the most magical, joyful, and unforgettable day imaginable.
