An intimate, all-in-one space where your ceremony, dinner, and dancing flow effortlessly.
Perfect for weddings of 115 guests or less, the Main Dining Room offers a seamless flow for your celebration. The space is divided, with one side set for dinner and the other left open for a standing ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing after dinner. A few high-top tables keep the vibe relaxed while ensuring a smooth transition between each part of your event.

Perfect for seated dinners up to 80 guests or standing receptions for 90, The Loft offers a warm, inviting setting for a memorable celebration.

Wedding of our dreams! 1000000/10
Thanks to Blackbarn Restaurant and their team we had the wedding of our dreams. We could not recommend them enough. From the very start, working with Justine at Blackbarn made our wedding planning such a smooth and easy process. She was responsive, communicative, flexible and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process no matter how ridiculous our requests got. Blackbarn is a classic NY venue with a clean, modern and inviting atmosphere. We loved the beautiful views of Madison Square Park that can be seen from the tavern (bar area) in addition to the modern barn decor of the space. As we made our way to the dining room during our first visit, we were surprised at how expansive the room is - with a jaw dropping bar structure, beautiful tables & flatware, and open concept kitchen, it was impossible not to love. The farm-to-table menu features fresh, high-quality ingredients that resulted in delicious dishes that wowed our guests. Justine allowed us to fully customize our wedding package to fit our vision, and we are so grateful for her attentive service and the exceptional value Blackbarn provided for our special day.
A Dream Wedding Come True at BLACKBARN
From start to finish, our wedding at BLACKBARN was nothing short of perfection. My husband and I truly had the wedding of our dreams, and we could not have been happier with our decision to celebrate at this incredible venue. The location is unbeatable, and the space itself radiates warmth and intimacy—combining the cozy charm of upstate New York with the sophistication and luxury of a classic New York City establishment. It felt like the perfect reflection of us as a couple. The food and service were beyond amazing—our guests are still talking about how it was the best meal, cocktails, and overall experience they’ve ever had at a wedding. The layout of the restaurant made everything flow beautifully, creating a chic, comfortable atmosphere that felt like an elevated dinner party among friends and family. The planning team, especially Justine, went above and beyond; her seamless collaboration with our wedding planner made the entire process effortless. We never felt stressed and were able to fully enjoy every moment, feeling like guests at our own wedding. We cannot recommend BLACKBARN enough—it was the most magical, joyful, and unforgettable day imaginable.
Best night of our life.
From the moment we started planning our wedding, the team at BLACKBARN Restaurant was incredibly personable, reliable, and genuine in their communication. Justine, our event coordinator, was quick to respond to all of our questions and helped us plan the wedding of our dreams in just 6 months. The BLACKBARN venue itself is stunning, with a modern and authentic feel that gave us so much to work with. Justine was attentive to every detail and truly went above and beyond to ensure all of our requests were heard and on the day of, flawlessly executed. We are so grateful to the entire BLACKBARN team for making our special day an absolute success. We truly could not have asked for a better wedding venue or on site coordinator.
Amazing Wedding at BlackBarn
The BlackBarn and Justine brought our dreamy classy whimsical cozy winter wonderland wedding to life! The entire planning process with Justine was seamless - she was so attentive, transparent, quick, thorough, above and beyond. The service was fantastic - no guest had an empty glass all night. Guests commented it was the best wedding of their lives too! Due to the bare bones beauty of the BlackBarn, no need for excessive spending on florals and other outside decor. Everything down to their cutlery is stunning as is. Justine connected us with amazing vendors - month of coordinator, band, florist, photographer. Incredible value for this space which is great for small or large parties - we fit 130 guests with a 12 piece band comfortably, and transitions from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner back to bar room for dancing was made seamless by BlackBarn. Justine was highly accommodating in the several months leading to the wedding, making us and our families feel comfortable and at home. This is not a cookie cutter wedding factory - amazing food, ambiance, and people all around. Could not recommend with more enthusiasm!! Justine for President!!! Wish we could do it all over again.
