Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances.

Your reservation includes 10 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $250 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Our building is located 10 miles away from LaGuardia Airport in Queens, New York. You can reach our venue by public transportation via the subway or train, or by private car or taxi.

Yes, every vendor that enters the space must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Penthouse 45 offers complete flexibility when it comes to food and beverage. Clients can choose to bring in their own food and beverages, hire any caterer, or collaborate with the Penthouse 45 team to create a custom package—whatever best fits your event.

Confetti, rice, sparklers, real flame candles, helium balloons and flower petals are not allowed.
