Saroj James Hyoju, got into DJ industry upon walking into Latin club in Dallas, Texas in 2015. Coming from band background, he was surprised to see how people were moved by “Gasolina”, a reggaeton song. Observing how DJ was controlling the crowd’s energy while enjoying himself, this made him curious about club music genres, besides metal and rock. Following immediately, he hosted a Bring Your Own Beer (BYOB) house party, where 50 people showed up. A week later, he was invited to co-DJ at one of his friends’ wedding reception and rest is the history.

“Amy was the DJ for our November 2024 wedding. As the music sets the vibe, we wanted someone who really understood what we were looking for and understood the music we like and our tastes. After a horrible experience talking with another vendor, we immediately clicked with Amy and felt that she understood what we were looking for (Gay dance pop!). Communication with her was straightforward and simple, and she took our basic playlists for different parts of the night and blended them to reflect our style and set the appropriate mood. She executed the music cues during our outdoor ceremony perfectly which we believe helped to elevate the whole experience. But the star of our experience with her was an amazingly packed and vibrant dance floor for the whole time. We got so many compliments on the music and everyone from our friends to coworkers and older relatives had a great time. One of our requests was to play a ton of Chappell Roan and Amy delivered, including a (potentially original?) dance mix of Pink Pony Club that was honestly transcendent. She even played a special song for a plushie toss (it’s a story) without our prompting. “We had such a great experience working with 3 West Productions, especially Phillip. From the beginning, the conversations felt like the perfect balance of professional and personal, which made the entire process so comfortable. Phillip truly became my go to person for everything, and that meant more than I can put into words. I also really appreciated my first conversation with the owner. I felt genuinely seen and heard, and I loved learning about how the company started and the heart behind it. I am very picky when it comes to music, and Phillip absolutely exceeded our expectations. The live mixing was incredible, and you could tell how skilled he is. Many of our guests, especially friends who are very into music, were extremely impressed, and we are still getting compliments to this day about how amazing the DJ was. The dance floor energy and overall vibe were exactly what we hoped for and more. My husband and I also chose to do instrumental music, which we work extremely happy with. It was absolutely incredible and made the day so much better.! I also really appreciated their prices compared to other DJs, the quality and the entertainment that we received for our price was exactly on the ball with what we were anticipating while other companies were insane for what we were able to get through 3west. We could not recommend Phillip and 3 West Productions enough!!”

“From the very start CJ was amazing to work with! He is very easy to communicate with and super responsive to any questions. He has a worksheet to fill out with any specific songs for certain parts of the evening or for the reception dance floor, and by the end of the night he had gotten to every requested song. He was even able to throw in the Eagles fight song for the groom! There were a few moments in the night that we let CJ decide the music for and he chose the perfect songs to fit the vibe. He was great at reading the dance floor and adjusting to the crowd, and he had some fun mixes of well known songs to switch things up. On more than one occasion our guests raved about CJ through the night, and we couldn't have been happier with his work.”
