She helped us with the vendors we needed, met with us multiple times to talk over logistics, and handled the Day Of completely and the day ran without a hitch! Although the investment felt steep at times during planning, it was well worth the cost. Brooke navigated all the fine details, helped flawlessly coordinate the best vendors, and made an amazing day absolutely magical. She helped move things along in the planning process when things got stressful and was even able to manage my mother who had differing design opinions and direction to create something we were both happy with. She listened to everything we wanted, helped us stay in budget, and executed a detailed agenda with grace. Luxe is the real deal and the event ended up better than I could have dreamed of. On top of all of that, Brooke even sent some photos and videos via text following the wedding which I appreciated so much as we await the professional shots. “When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. She handles business, and gives confidence to her clients. Thank you Ashley and Rose Event Co. for turning what could have been a disaster into a day dream!”

“Victoria, Lacy and her team were professional, competent, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired Victoria as our day-of coordinator, and she really smoothed out any edges during our big day. During the lead up to the event, we had 3 or so meetings spaced out appropriately (a few months before, 60 days before, 2 weeks before), where we checked in on progress, and Victoria sprinkled great advice (e.g. we changed our after-party late-night snack idea to be hand-held, to keep people dancing). Victoria shared a very comprehensive joint to-do list, organized by how soon each item should be completed. This timeline helped as a roadmap, and made sure we didn’t overlook anything. Victoria was also responsive in emails, and effective at communicating with our vendors when needed. She ran out rehearsal with a calm and encouraging demeanor, that only made us more excited for the big day :) The day-of is really when Victoria and her team shine. First and foremost, Victoria’s presence was warm and calming, and I didn’t fully appreciate how important that would be until the event. Something unexpected always happens at weddings, and Victoria was “a rock” amid the whirlwind. For us, my partner and I both realized during our ceremony that one of our guests brought a surprise 1. Stressed, we mentioned it to Victoria, she calmly said “I’ll let my team know, we’ve got it covered” with a smile, and that was it: they fixed the issue and we didn’t have to worry about it any further. Victoria and her staff were super diligent and supportive with our DIY set-up and with helping delegate to staff, friends and vendors in such a kind and clear manner. Victoria also recommended the appropriate number of extra staff for our venue and event. Set-up and teardown went smoothly, and they made aesthetic on-the-fly decisions for us. Communication with Victoria during the event was also fun, and a welcome reprieve from interacting with family and guests at times. Victoria also had the foresight to check in about the Blue Angel jets which were scheduled to fly over our venue. She reached out to their manager and assured us about the timing and gave us sage advice on communicating with our guests. This detail is something we might have overlooked if it had not been for Victoria, we are so grateful. Overall, we were super happy with Victoria and her team, and her work really helped make our big day go better than we would have hoped for. Our families also had nothing but great things to say about her. If we got married again we would hire her in an instant!”

“Aisle Daisy is the perfect hire for your wedding planning/floral needs! From the very beginning, Kayla's communication style was super communicative, professional, responsive, and she was super easy to get along with. She always made me feel really comfortable throughout my planning process and never made me feel like I was crazy throughout the whole thing (even though I felt like it lol). She was incredible to work with, always available when I needed her and making me feel supported and confident leading up to the big day. The quality of Kayla and work and attention to detail was nothing short of amazing - Kayla and her team, Ryleigh, executed our vision with perfection, creating a beautiful and carefully curated event. The florals were absolutely stunning, straight out of a magazine, and the table execution was better than I could have ever imagined. Genuinely felt like I was living a fairytale and I never wanted the day to end! Although there were a few minor hiccups throughout the day (as is typical for any wedding), Aisle Daisy handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes so my husband and I literally had no idea - which is exactly what you want from your wedding coordinators/florists and all of your vendors. “Shea was absolutely incredible from the moment we booked with her for our 110 person wedding. She took such good care of us and met our needs that we didn’t even know needed to be taken care of. She got to know us and what we like and care about and ensured those things were present on our day. We hired Shea for day of coordination but she truly worked with us for much more than that and really helped keep us on track and get things done so that we could be prepared and enjoy our wedding weekend! She also did so much behind the scenes and coordinated working and talking with vendors, friends and family. She is well-connected in Leavenworth so it was great that she already knew a lot of people and who to ask about certain things. The whole day ran smoothly and she kept the pace of the evening so well.”
