We hired Laura and Co. for our wedding, and we’d do it all over again. We chose a package for photo, video, and day of coordination. Our photos? Framed and displayed all over the house within hours of receiving them. The videos? Watched as often as you read your child a bedtime story. The day of? Amazing, lovely, smooth as a babies butt. We had bumps throughout planning and they were quickly resolved, we had bumps the day of, and we were able to sit back and laugh about it because we knew we were in good hands. This was the first wedding within both of our families in over ten years so we had lots of questions and i always knew i could lean on Laura and Co. to answer! As we are now almost two months after our big day we still chat and laugh about the big day. If you are not only looking for an amazing company to work with but a friend after the fact, i highly recommend working with them!

My wife, Summer, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2024. This year, I decided to apply to Wish Upon a Wedding in hopes of giving Summer the day she always hoped for. Wish Upon a Wedding is a nonprofit organization that gifts weddings and vow renewals to couples facing terminal or life-changing illnesses. When they came into our lives, Summer and I were in a season where joy felt complicated and hope looked very different than we imagined. Through Wish Upon a Wedding, we were paired with our wedding planner, Married by Mariella. Mariella donated her time, talent, and heart completely free of charge. What’s important to say is that Mariella didn’t just coordinate our vow renewal. She planned it from the ground up, picking every single vendor and executing the day completely. She took Summer’s vision and brought it to life with care, intention, and deep respect for what this moment meant to us. Every detail reflected the image Summer and I had hoped for, and Mariella carried that responsibility with such grace. She led with compassion and patience, making the process feel calm and supported rather than overwhelming. There was never pressure, never rushing, and never an expectation for us to pretend things were easy. Because of Wish Upon a Wedding and Mariella’s selfless generosity, Summer and I were able to stand together, renew our vows, and experience joy without guilt in the middle of a very heavy season. I found Clabo Event Services on Zola at the beginning of 2025. My wedding was 10/11/25 and Sarah was an absolute joy to work with! I hired her as a day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond. She was available for questions at any point from the time I booked with her, to the wedding day, to even after the wedding. I had multiple calls and meetings with Sarah in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure our day looked perfect. On my wedding day, Sarah and her husband were there literally all day setting everything up the way that I had envisioned. There were a couple small hiccups with vendors that I didn't even hear about! They handled anything and everything without having to bring me into it which I appreciated so much! My wedding day was everything I could have ever dreamed of and I owe so much of that to Sarah and Josh. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family in the future!

Hailey was the best decision I made about my wedding. After interviewing several day-of wedding coordinators, I left our intro call sooooo confident. She asked some excellent questions that no one else had asked. I knew she was on her game. She reviewed every single contract (and made sure vendors stuck to it!), was super flexible with our requests, gave excellent suggestions, really took the reigns over immediately. She was excellent at handling our vendors, communicating with our very large wedding party and decorated the venue perfectly. Her assistant Kirby was so sweet and kind. I truly enjoyed getting to know them and have them both be apart of our special memories. Our entire wedding party raved about her as well! They couldn't believe how great she was and truly just made it a stress-free event for everyone. Thank you Hailey and Kirby for everything! We selected Wilder Mind Events has our planners for our January 2026 wedding at Hotel Haya. Prior to this, I had been a quiet observer of their instagram account for nearly 5 years after sitting next to someone on a flight that recommended them. When my time finally came to plan a wedding, I knew without a question I wanted to go with Wilder Mind Events because I was constantly impressed with each wedding they shared on their account. After we finalized our venue and wedding date, I reached out and was elated they were available for our wedding date. For my review, (which is nothing but glowing) I’ll separate it into two parts: the first the pre-wedding and second the day of wedding. Pre-wedding: Having never planned a major event or wedding, I had no clue where to begin. We opted for the “Wilder” service which was the perfect amount of support we needed. Demi walked me through many check lists and helped me tailor my focus to bite size tasks to accomplish each month. As someone who easily gets overwhelmed, I appreciated having someone tell me what to prioritize. Another thing I found incredibly helpful was their creative vision. I could tell them bits and pieces of things I liked and didn’t like and they would steer me in a direction or help me narrow down options. When it came time to select the place settings, I was all over the place and terrified I would pick things that looked chaotic together and not have a cohesive look. Demi would thoughtfully lay options for me so I could get a sense of different options. It really helped me see things come together. Demi also helped us to maximize our budget, telling us that certain things weren’t necessary. For example, we didn’t need a fancy plate and a charger, but rather just the charger since we were having a plated meal. She had foresight of different things to think of that I would have never of known to do. They work with the best of the best and I knew if they were recommending a certain vendor, I knew they would be reliable, trustworthy, and also experts. Demi and Delaney were both enjoyable to work with and gave me a piece of mind and sense of ease throughout the entire planning process. I could not have done this without their support! Day of Wedding: My wedding day was absolutely perfect and this is largely because of Demi and the other assistants supporting her day of. The entire day went incredibly smooth from my perspective, but Demi was doing major behind the scenes work to coordinate a flawless execution. She dealt with our venue who only gave us 60 minutes to set up the entire event. Demi is very solution-oriented, so when she encountered setbacks, it never really seemed like a huge issue from my perspective. I appreciated this as I mentioned I tend to get overwhelmed. Some of my favorite details were: I always had a drink in my hand at the reception, my shoes and lipgloss were perfectly placed at our sweetheart table (I have no idea how they got them, but it was just the sweetest little thing that made me feel like a queen), they packed up all the personal items from the reception and had them stored in our room, and they even laid out flower petals on our bed for when we came back after the after party. They truly took care of every little detail. My wedding day was simply the best day of my life and while I don’t plan to get married again, if I would, I’d choose Wilder Mind Events again in a heart beat.

We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We appreciate the effort and dedication put into the day of coordinating our wedding, especially since it was in the Panhandle.

Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. She was always available to answer our questions and provide her professional, kind, and calm guidance. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. We had to make changes to our original wedding plans due to excessive rain and hurricane Milton causing flooding, Autumn remained flexible and helped us pull off an absolute miracle. The day our of wedding, the ceremony was supposed to be lake side. Well, its Florida and it rained. So, yet again plans had to be changed. But, Autumn had a plan for every scenario, which allowed us to stay relaxed and simply enjoy our special day. Hiring Natalie as our month-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My only regret is not bringing her on for partial planning, because she was that incredible. I was extremely stressed throughout the planning process, but once we hit that one-month mark, Natalie completely transformed the experience. She consistently checked in when I fell behind on responses, took the lead in every vendor meeting, and offered thoughtful suggestions for our timeline and all the little details that truly matter. She is so sweet, friendly, and unbelievably on top of everything. I think she could sense how stressed I was about timing, and she constantly reassured me throughout the day that we were right on schedule, which I appreciated more than she knows. She followed every direction perfectly when setting up our décor and made sure the entire day ran SO smoothly. At the end of the night all our things were packed, organized and ready to be loaded in the car by my family. Natalie was the best addition to our day, and I am endlessly grateful we found her. 1000/10. Do yourself a favor and hire her! You will not regret it.

She sent over multiple proofs of her one-of-a-kind digital designs until it was perfectly done. I never had to reach out to her - Amalia was on top of my deadlines and full of ideas for my dream night! Her communication is excellent. My husband and I picked a venue in Scotch Plains, NJ to host our dinner. The restaurant offered private, charming rooms for special events. Amalia contacted the venue and worked out all the fine details of setup - I truly did not have to lift a finger! I shared my ideas & inspirations with Amalia for how I imagined the dinner to look. I knew I wanted to keep the wildflower color scheme of my bouquet in the details. However, I let her know I was very open to letting her take the lead in designing the setup. I am not a type-A person or planner, so I was grateful she stepped up and let her creativity flow. As seen in attached photos, Amalia designed our dream wedding night dinner! My husband and I arrived before our guests and were blown away with the ambiance and warmth of the room. Amalia designed custom welcome notes, name cards and signage for us that matched our initial invites. She embedded special details such as mini figurines of our beloved lab and pug, and printed framed a photo I sent earlier in the day of my courthouse ceremony! She and her wife, Jenna, handmade flower bouquets for the table and lit beautiful hand-painted candles in the center. She even designed thank you cards/ keepsake magnets on plantable paper for our guests. Amalia is a dream to work with - her passion for weddings & design is so evident! She is compassionate and professional- I had a truly seamless experience with her. I am forever grateful to Amalia for planning my wedding night dinner - an evening my husband and I will cherish forever. We are considering a vow renewal or more traditional wedding in a few years, and without hesitation look forward to hiring Amalia again!

Loved working with Allie as part of her partial planning package. Leading up to our wedding, she was very dutiful in organizing (and staying on top of) our vendors to ensure everything was in order for our wedding at The Howey Mansion in Howey-in-the-hills, FL. She was very resourceful the day before our wedding, handling and transporting all of our intricate wedding details. She even went above and beyond in handling our signage with care, enough so that she had to fix a few things for us to ensure they were “show” ready. It was extremely appreciated and clear that she really cared about our big day and wanted it to be perfect. Something that really stood out to me was how she handled my anxieties, always keeping me at ease and letting me know that she had it under control. If you want your wedding day to be unforgettable, you need to choose this group of wonderful people! Here me out- when I first had a consultation call with them and heard the price, I was hesitant because we just spent 46.5K on the wedding and we were nervous to spend more. BUT these ladies were angels! You will see that on the video calls, but you will especially see it on the day of the wedding! Oh my goodness! EVERYTHING was perfect and went very smooth! Just remember: something is likely to go wrong on your wedding day. For example, my husband got kicked out of his room the day of the wedding because his parents accidentally paid for 1 instead of 2 nights! My MIL had my husband on speaker phone in front of me while I was having makeup put on already nervous and stressing out. She was complaining after about money and how it’s ridiculous. The team was amazing at deescalating the situation! One person helped my husband move his stuff to my dad’s room while another member got my MIL out of the room by asking if she wants to go see her son. This helped TREMENDOUSLY! There were several things that were forgotten- no problem! They got it for us! My dress was hard to get on- no problem! They helped me in it! They set up ALL the decor for us and even made decisions for us so I didn’t have to worry the day-of! They were absolutely incredible! Noelle was with me for most of the day, and she was truly a fairy godmother like the other review said! She took VERY good care of all of us including the team. Although Michelle wasn’t assigned to be the main coordinator the day of my wedding, she literally visited us multiple times!!! They truly care and want the best for your wedding. These people know Disney super well and work really well with Disney. It was nice to have an outside service that knew my Disney wedding planner, officiant, photographer, videographer, etc! It’s so awesome because honestly, my husband and I made new friends out of this experience with them, and we are forever grateful for that! To everyone at FTWB, THANK YOU for making our wedding absolutely PERFECT! You all are special, talented, super kind, caring, smart, creative people!
