    Legacy events is truly the best of the best

    Michelle and her team are absolutely incredible. My original wedding venue was unavailable 60 days before my wedding due to hurricane Helene/Milton and she found me 7 new options for the same date in the same city within 24 hours. Her perseverance and positive attitude are what made my wedding day happen. On the actual wedding day, the flowers and decor were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire event went off without a hitch. I couldn’t imagine my special day without Michelle and her team, especially their content creator who captured some special moments of my day that I was able to view the next day with my husband. I also used them for my bridal shower, and will be using them for my baby shower in the coming months. I cannot recommend Michelle in the Legacy Events teams more!

Yes! We are a full service Event Planning company as well as Wedding Planners. We can do anything from engagement dinners and bachelorette parties to bridal and baby showers! We are here to help you plan and decorate for anything life throws at you to celebrate.
Yes, right now we have a team that includes 4 planners, 3 designers, and a content specialist. When you book an event you will be automatically assigned a planner and coordinator that will meet with you and help you during the entire process, making sure it's seamless and nothing goes unheard. During your wedding, your planner and coordinator will be present to support you through the entire day.
We are all about being hands-on and having very clear and open communication. While the timeline of your planning differs based on what package you choose, our dedication to you does not. Our full-service planning communication begins as soon as you book with us, and is usually 12+ months from your wedding day. Our partial planning package will usually begin around 6 months from your wedding day. Lastly, our day-of-coordination package usually begins around 1-3 months prior to your wedding to tie in the last minute details. While there are timelines, we never turn away a question from our couples or hesitate to respond to concerns.
During our busy season, yes it is possible to have multiple weddings in one weekend. However, you will never be without a planner and a coordinator on-site all day for your event. We always limit our events to ensure each couple gets the attention and care they deserve. Our couples are our top priorities and we would never compromise your special days because of an overbooked schedule. Everything that we take on is taken on with excellence and the Legacy standard.
Yes, we do! Apart from wedding planning, we are also a full service decor and floral company. We are able to decorate your entire wedding as well as do any floral work, fresh or silk, that you would like. We also have an additional content creation package that includes a whole day of footage and edited content for you to receive after your special day is over!
Yes, we can travel. We service a large radius around the Tampa Bay Area for our normal service fee, and can travel outside of it for an additional service fee. Let us know your dream location and we can get to planning your special day anywhere!
Absolutely. We have the experience, resources, and creativity to plan and design stunning luxury weddings. Whether you're envisioning an elegant ballroom affair or an elaborate outdoor celebration, our team can manage every detail, from high-end florals and custom decor to vendor coordination and guest experience. We're fully equipped to bring your luxury wedding vision to life with style and precision. Client confidentiality is always respected, and NDAs are welcome upon request.
Yes, you are able to book any of our a la carte services without booking us for planning. While many clients love our full-service approach, our options like florals, backdrops, centerpieces, and other decorative elements can be selected to fit any taste and event. You choose what you need and we’ll bring it to life.
Definitely. Our in-house services streamline the planning process and reduce the need for multiple vendors. Plus, our strong vendor relationships often allow us to pass along exclusive rates for our clients, saving headache and budgets.

Yes! We provide custom design proposals, mood boards, and floral mockups as part of many of our packages. These visuals help you see everything come together before the big day and make confident decisions. You are able to customize and change at any point along the way and we are here to make sure you love every single aspect.
Yes, we are a fully insured business. Many venues require proof of insurance, and we’re happy to provide documentation to you or your venue upon request.
