As a corporate event planner myself, my expectations for a wedding coordinator was high, and Astonishing Events exceeded them! Our wedding was on 10/24/25, at Tampa Bay Watch in St. Petersburg, FL, and I was a DIY bride who brought 95% of my own décor and even created my own timeline. My only regret is not hiring Stephanie as a month-of coordinator instead of day-of! You NEED Stephanie to run your wedding. She and her team worked tirelessly on every detail, from heavy setup and takedown to the tiniest finishing touches. She brought my dream wedding vision to life flawlessly. She has a big rental catalog, which is amazing! I rented several items (like table numbers) from her at a lower cost than making them myself - and it saved me the hassle of transporting even more décor to and from the venue. Stephanie is a total boss - professional, calm, and genuinely invested in your wedding’s success. I can’t recommend Astonishing Events enough. Thank you, Stephanie, for making our day everything I dreamed of and more!

Everything was perfect. Did not have to worry about anything, Stephanie and her staff was on it! She did all of the decor from tables, flowers, chairs, altar and lighting. Bottom to top- then tore it all down after a couple of days so my family could enjoy the rest of our stay with tables and lighting. 5 Stars- phenomenal staff and decor!

If you’ve found Astonishing Events, your search is over. Really. Stop now. The owner, Stephanie, is your must-have resource. I was fortunate to find Stephanie just over a month before my niece’s wedding when I realized I could’t be there (out of state) to coordinate the event. Stephanie understood our vision and stepped right in where I left off. Not only did she manage the rehearsal, she and her staff orchestrated an amazing wedding day! The bride & groom were so pleased with them and the bride's parents were as well. They couldn’t give enough glowing praise for Stephanie’s professionalism and masterful skill in decorating the venue and running a beautifully smooth day. She truly makes magic happen! For me personally, knowing I was heartbroken not being there, Stephanie took the initiative to include me by calling me and live-streaming the ceremony from beginning to end. I watched as though I were truly a part of it all. It was breath-taking! Stephanie, of Astonishing Events, is a gem! Place your magical day in her trustworthy hands and you won’t regret it.
