I wish I could rate Shining Time Wedding more than 5 stars! They were BY FAR the best vendor we worked with for our wedding. Our planner, Rina, was incredible from the very beginning. Even before we booked a venue, I knew choosing the right planner would be the most important decision for our wedding, and it was so important to find someone who understood my vision. The fact that they also excel at florals was an amazing bonus. In the days leading up to the wedding, Rina did everything in her power to make sure everything all came together: helping coordinate vendors, even through tight time constraints and restrictions. I don't know how she did it, but she made it work! It truly was the most beautiful wedding I could have imagined for myself, and I’m so grateful to Rina and the entire Shining Time Wedding team for bringing it to life.

Sarah and the rest of the Events by Rose team were the MVPs of our wedding planning process. From the start Sarah took time to get to know us as a couple, to ensure our wedding day reflected who we are. Sarah was always 10 steps ahead, thinking about every little detail of our special day. Her organization was extremely impressive to see first hand. Even the vendors we spoke with face-to-face raved about her organization, professionalism, and how easy it is to work with her. I think it speaks volumes that everyone she interacts with (clients and vendors alike) love to work with her. She is outstanding at balancing all the moving parts of a wedding with ease, and always made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. Sarah always took the time to help us finetune even the smallest of details, making sure the day would include everything we wanted. So many of our friends have said the wedding process was one of the most stressful times in their lives, but we did not have that experience at all and this is hugely attributed to Sarah and her team. The experience was enjoyable and exciting, and we never once found ourselves overwhelmed. We would have never been able to make it to our wedding day while still having fun, if we didn’t have Sarah leading our team. On the day of our wedding, Sarah and her team were OUTSTANDING! My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Angie as our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, it was clear that she is genuinely passionate about weddings and deeply invested in helping couples bring their vision to life. One of the things I appreciated most was how comfortable she made us feel throughout the planning process. I never felt judged for our personal style, budget, or for incorporating elements that may not fit the mold of a traditional American wedding. Instead, Angie was supportive, encouraging, and focused on helping us create a celebration that felt authentic to us. Angie also offers rental services for a variety of wedding items, including arches, lawn games, and décor pieces, which can be incredibly helpful for couples looking to simplify their planning process. We also loved using Timeline Genius, the planning platform she utilizes. It made collaboration easy and allowed us to review timelines, comment on details, and stay organized throughout the planning process. Another area where Angie truly excelled was vendor coordination. She communicated professionally and effectively with our photographer, caterer, venue, DJ, and other vendors, ensuring that everyone was aligned and informed. This gave us tremendous peace of mind leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, Angie and her two assistants were absolutely phenomenal. Their organization and teamwork were evident from the start, and they remained in constant communication through their walkie-talkie system throughout the day. Thanks to their coordination, the timing of the entire event ran even more smoothly than our original timeline anticipated. The transformation they helped create at our venue was incredible. They assisted with setting up numerous DIY elements, including our floating candle centerpieces with Orbeez and floating pearls, and helped bring together our florals, including centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres. So much of the beauty of our wedding day came together because of their hard work, attention to detail, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Their support at the end of the evening was equally impressive. Our venue had two levels, with the wedding party getting ready upstairs. Without being asked, Angie and her team helped gather and bring downstairs countless personal items as the night was winding down. This was an enormous help, especially since everyone was either exhausted or enjoying their final moments celebrating together. Most importantly, Angie and her team ensured that the entire day ran seamlessly. They worked closely with the caterers, DJ, photographer, venue staff, and wedding party to keep everything on track while allowing us to remain fully present and enjoy the day. Their professionalism, kindness, organization, and dedication were invaluable, and we truly cannot imagine our wedding day without them. We are incredibly grateful to Angie and her team for helping turn our vision into reality and making our wedding day feel effortless from start to finish.

Greetings and salutation! I am a blue haired, tattooed geek girl wedding planner with a love of dragonflies & offbeat events! I have also been wedding planning since 2004. I haven't met a DIY project I can't wait to try, a scrapbook page I didn't want to make, or a cosplay idea I didn't want to put together. Watching all the different elements come together to make something come alive is fantastic. I approach all my events the same way. Helping a client pull together all of their puzzle pieces to make an event that is uniquely theirs is the best feeling!

Our wedding was going to be so simple, if you ask my husband. Tee-shirts. Taco truck. American Legion. Guests. Done. Even he had to thank Fran profusely for all of her foresight, thoughtful touches, and management skills. This was a second wedding for both with kids and exes on both sides. It went off flawlessly, thanks to Fran. Our wedding ceremony and reception were on consecutive days. She printed and framed ceremony pics to display at the reception. She kept an eye on tipsy guests and let us know about potential issues. She found seats for the guests who I had carelessly left off the seating chart. She picked up, deployed, and returned the table cloths and had special little decorations for our table. I couldn't possibly list all the things she did to make the day run smoothly and to make us feel cared for and loved. Thank you Fran. You almost make me want to do it all over again.
