“Overall, we had a good experience with our DJ. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor for most of the night. The music flowed well, and everyone seemed to have a great time. That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. Despite those concerns, he was friendly, punctual, and our guests clearly enjoyed themselves. If having a lively dance floor is your top priority, he does a good job creating a fun atmosphere.”

We used Bright Set for our wedding at Mountain View Grand in May 2026 and hired them for our DJ, photo booth, ceremony and reception audio, and piano music. From the very beginning, Cassandra was incredible to work with. We spent over a year planning together, and she was organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and always willing to hop on a call, answer questions, or help think through ideas. One thing that really stood out was how invested Cassandra was in making sure everything ran smoothly. She wasn't just someone behind the scenes coordinating logistics — she was actually onsite for our wedding day and felt like part of our team. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected fire alarm interruption immediately following our first dance that temporarily paused our reception and forced guests outside. Cassandra, alongside our day-of coordinator, immediately jumped into problem-solving mode. When we were finally able to return to the ballroom, she creatively had us reintroduced to "Fire Burning" by Sean Kingston, which turned a stressful situation into a funny and memorable moment that had everyone laughing. We were so grateful for her ability to stay calm, think quickly, and help keep the energy positive. DJ Dennis was fantastic and kept the dance floor packed all night. He did an amazing job reading the room and creating a fun atmosphere for guests of all ages. The photo booth was a huge hit as well. Guests loved the glow booth and the customized photo overlay, and we ended up with so many great keepsakes from the night. Entertainment-wise, everything was seamless. The ceremony audio, microphones, piano music, reception flow, DJ services, and photo booth were all executed beautifully. “Anthony was a pleasure to work with. We loved his easy going personality. My husband and I hit it off with him immediately. We loved how he let us customize our entire wedding playlist which was so impressive. His portal for uploading music was so easy to use. Anthony was very thorough leading up to the wedding. He was great at communicating. Anthony was able to make a lot of special requests like having my husband sing at the wedding. A few minor things happened at the wedding like the mic did not work, but Anthony was able to work through it. My venue also didn’t let him dim the lights down initially, but he eventually figured out a way to do it, so the dance floor can be lit. “Booking DJ Ore was one of the best calls we made for our wedding. From our first phone call to the last song at 1am, he was on top of everything — quick to respond, organized, and genuinely invested in getting our day right. We got married at a camp in the Catskills with the ceremony out in the woods, which meant some tricky logistics: separate sound for the ceremony in the trees, load-in with the venue staff, a timeline that kept shifting on him. Ore handled all of it and we never had to think about any of it. The music was unreal, and he kept the dance floor packed the entire night. Our guests basically refused to leave it, and we honestly lost count of how many people came up to us throughout the night to say how good the music and the DJ were. The thing I'll always remember, though, is how he made space for my Tío to play. My Tío sang and played guitar, and Ore made sure he had everything he needed to do it right. I wanted EDM, 90s techno, and dance music and when I tell you he nailed it, I mean it. Every single song that was played I LOVED. I gave him a few must play songs and he 100% understood the vibe I wanted. If you are looking for someone that understands dance music (think also old school Show me Love- Robin S) then I truly could not recommend him more!! “We got married in November at the Silver Bay YMCA, and we cannot recommend Scott and his team enough. We knew we wanted a live band for part of our wedding and they were the best band we could have chosen. Our first meeting with Scott we could tell he understood our wedding day vision right away and was willing to work with us on learning new music to fulfill our nerdy requests. For example the team learned acoustic versions of 90's alternative songs, and the groomsmen and bridal party walked down the aisle to Legend of Zelda, my wife walked down the aisle to Nightmare before Christmas, and then we recessed to Studio Ghibli. Cocktail hr, all our guests commented how amazing the band was and how they enjoyed the live music.
