Absolutely speechless. Dell-Lea is chef’s kiss perfect. We had the most amazing fall weather and foliage and sunset. Completely blow away by how effortlessly beautiful the day was - we brought no outside/ceremony decorations because the backdrop is so stunning. Laurie - our day of coordinator - was the master of all masters. She handled everything and seemed to be in 10 places at once all night long. She always checked in with us to see if we needed more food or drinks. She seamlessly handled a vendor snafu - our three bus drivers did not order a meal when I asked before our final headcount was due, but requested a meal on arrival at the venue. Laurie provided them each a meal and I didn’t hear a peep about it until the night was over! She helped my family pack up our decorations at the end of the night and made sure we had everything we needed. She even donated my bridesmaids bouquets to a local nursing home! The food - cannot say enough about how delicious the food was. Multiple guests came up to us during and shortly after dinner service to rave about their meals - the stuffed chicken, espresso encrusted filet, and cashew cheese ravioli. All so good, and my husband and I had all three at our table! The appetizers - incredible! The family recipe crab rangoons are worth the hype! The bartenders were incredible all night and nailed our signature cocktails. Working with Dell-Lea was seamless. I sent only a handful of emails before our details meeting because everything is so clear. Dell-Lea offers rental decorations, so we chose to rent table numbers, eucalyptus strands, centerpiece accents, and popular signage, saving us so much money. We cannot say enough good things about Dell-Lea - our day was so beautiful and perfect. We hope to be a guest at Dell-Lea someday!

Our venue was our first and most important choice when we started planning our wedding. We didn't want to feel rushed and loved that this space was ours for the whole weekend. I can't say enough about the natural beauty and peacefulness of this location. The mountains on the horizon, surrounded by serene forests with no road traffic or noise was blissful. This is a must for comfort and relaxation leading up to your wedding day - in my opinion. All the facilities are kept very clean and ready to use. My bridal party and close family loved staying on site at the cozy farmhouse. Jazz and Adam were amazing hosts and we enjoyed working with them during planning and the weekend of our wedding. Jazz is a 'get things done' kind of person and that is such a huge relief and comfort on your wedding day and when planning. We would pick Whiteface Hollow for our wedding venue over and over again.

The venue overall takes care of everything you could need, including steaming all the bridesmaid dresses once we arrived. We loved having our wedding at the Page Hill Public House! Deb and John were so organized and communicative throughout the whole planning process, which really put us at ease. The venue itself is just gorgeous, with a spacious and peaceful property that provided the perfect White Mountains backdrop. We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Everlee but we will try! From the moment we first toured this stunning new venue, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The barn and pavilion are absolutely breathtaking, with every detail thoughtfully designed, and the outdoor ceremony space gave us the most magical backdrop for our day. One of the things that mattered most to us was having a truly private setting, and The Everlee delivered that perfectly. When we realized at the last minute we forgot my bouquet, Patrick even let my maid of honor pick flowers that had bloomed on the property which was even more meaningful than getting it from a florist. I fell in love with Hyla Brook Estate in renderings when it wasn't even yet a dirt pile. From first shovel I followed along on the progress...I was so excited but of course nervous as I would be one of the first weddings to happen once the venue was complete. WOW did the gamble pay off! I don't even know where to begin. The ready rooms: so fun! I love that they have their own bathrooms and an area for snacks and hosting. One has barstools and makeup mirrors, perfect for getting ready. Each detail from the couches to the pillows and finishings was perfect! The outdoors: We had our ceremony & cocktail hour outside and it was perfect. Corn hole & fire pits included, our guests loved the ability to be outdoors on/off throughout the night. Later on we had smores & cigars for all to enjoy! The venue: WOW! the hand strung beads on the chandeliers, the high ceilings, the picture window, the entry, this venue is stunning. The photo ops: magical! wild flowers, the venue itself, the historical rock wall near the front gate. so many photo areas without having to leave! The service: Kim and her team were phenomenal from beginning to end. It was chaotic as the site went up, but they always did their best to prioritize us, ensure we were confident on the progress and that we felt supported. It was the little touches that went a long way! As someone who does weddings for a living, I have seen almost every venue in Boston and surrounding. I was overjoyed to showcase a new venue to my friends and family and so proud to have chosen Hyla Brook for my most-special day. It was a decision and a gamble that I will always be so grateful for. The Perfect Combination of Beauty, Comfort, and Efficiency We were married at Mayfair Farm on Labor Day weekend 2025. We had about 130 guests. We had many requirements regarding food, drink, comfort of guests, the ceremony, and meals. It’s hard to imagine a host with greater caring, talent, taste, and efficiency than Sarah, the owner. Everything was perfect, even beyond perfect, like a dream! Facility: Mayfair Farm is a beautiful venue. The custom-designed barn was perfect for dining, dancing, serving, and preparation. The firepit right outside the barn made for memorable gatherings, especially on a chilly evening, and with the fun of preparing S’more’s for the guests over the fire. The scenery is gorgeous, particularly the top-of-the-hill ceremony spot surrounded by New Hampshire hills and mountains. The gorgeous view and natural setting added much to the wedding experience. The short walk up the hill to the ceremony hilltop was easy, and elderly guests were driven up without any issue. The barn and farm have professional kitchens so that preparing and serving a meal for 130 people went off without any issues. There was plenty of parking for guests. There is an AirBnB on-site where we stayed and got ready. It was comfortable and great for the hair/make-up preparations before the ceremony. Sarah made her entire facility available to us for the entire weekend—this made things highly convenient and relaxing. For meals, they helped us arrange for a beautiful tent to be set up right outside the barn, so we could use the barn for dancing. The table set-up was gorgeous, which contributed to a memorable, emotionally touching event. Planning: Sarah is a total professional, with the taste and experience to make our event as perfect as we had hoped for. Interacting with Sarah was a pleasure. She is kind, creative, and deeply cares about our hopes for the day and making them come to fruition. She made terrific suggestions on logistics and food, and was creative and responsive in iterating until we finalized the menus. She specializes in farm-to-table food, with local farmers, and this made everything healthy and delicious. She assisted us with vendors (e.g., flowers, tent, wedding planner, bartender, toilets) who provided excellent services. Sarah has a staff of efficient, trusted people who know just what to do, while at the same time exuding warmth and friendship while working. Whatever tension might be present on a wedding day, these workers diffused it and made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. This is huge and played a big role in the perfection of our wedding weekend. Day-of Excellence: All of the above contributed to a wedding weekend that seemed effortless for us and our guests, and of course we saw and understood the tremendous amount of teamwork, talent, and effort went on behind the scenes. We felt relaxed, as did our parents and guests. We all enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere and the meaningful, beautiful gathering, ceremony, and celebration. Bottom Line: Mayfair Farm and Sarah provide a specialized offering unlike any other, and at a reasonable price. If you want a wedding in a rural setting, with farm-to-table food prepared to perfection, and a flawless, relaxed ‘vibe’ to the day, look no further. The bonus is that we felt cared for, we saw our vision come to life under Sarah’s supervision, and we saw Sarah’s employees and vendors enthusiastically and efficiently make everything happen perfectly.
