About this venue

Barn Lights is southern Maine's favorite full-service wedding venue, located in the Mousam lakes region of York County. We offer inhouse catering with our amazing chef and kitchen team, caring service by our front of house coordinators and serving staff, and the tasty beverages from our fun professional bartenders. Choose from 4 wedding packages, and 5 different menu tiers to meet all kinds of budgets. We offer free payment plans spread out to make budgeting easier, too. We include setup and decorating services, a large decor library for you to use (no cost!) and 3 outdoor ceremony areas to choose from. We've tried to think of everything to make your wedding celebration a joy.

The Barn main hall

Barn Lights is magical - more than a barn, a modern rustic-elegant experience filled with happiness and joy.

Our new timber frame barn is heated and cooled for year-round, all season celebrations. Our soaring 34ft ceilings are lit with twinkly lights to create different ambiences. Set on 50 acres, with recreation amenities so there's plenty to do. With 2 cottages for suites and overnight stays. A Rec Center for games, ping pong, and for prep.

    Wow! You can tell the barn lights staff really loves what they do. The serve was so warm and attentive during our wedding! The grounds and the Mountain View’s just 6 minutes down the road are all beautiful. We loved it so much we got married there twice! ( mini ceremony during Covid reception a year later haha ) thank you Barn Lights!

    10 out of 10 experience. Barn lights may be the best wedding venue on the face of the earth. It had the charm of a bed and breakfast and the food of a hip downtown bistro. When my now husband and I were scouting venues at the height of covid we had difficulties finding a wedding venue that fit our needs, style, vision, and budget. This venue checked so many boxes for us, not only is it a beautiful, bright barn venue but they also have small cottages for bride and groom to get ready in. They have an onsite kitchen which created amazing hand-crafted appetizers, entrees, and deserts. They also have an in-house bar stocked with great drinks. The event coordinator was marvelous, and many times kept the train on the rails. What was so great about Barn Lights is the fact that it’s not just a venue; they handled catering, bartending, service staff, coordinator, tables and chairs, decor, and much more. Our wedding was PERFECT and we attribute much of that to the impeccable work of Barn lights owners and staff. Thank you!!
