About this venue
Nestled in the heart of Lincoln, NH and surrounded by the White Mountains, Basecamp Brewing offers a rustic-meets-refined setting for weddings and events. Our upstairs Fireside space is anchored by an oversized stone hearth with exposed timber beams, string lights and a dedicated dance floor ready for your first dance. The Bears Den offers a cozy, private setting perfect for rehearsal dinners or intimate ceremonies. Want it all? The Summit Reception Package combines both spaces for a full second-floor buyout, accommodating up to 140 guests. Every event includes access to our private upstairs bar, pouring up to 10 Basecamp beers on draft alongside custom signature cocktails crafted just for you. Our in-house culinary team handles the food from start to finish; hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, Standard and Premium buffets, and a dessert spread to close out the night. From your first walkthrough to your last dance, our team is dedicated to the details, so you can simply enjoy the day.

Tucked away inside Basecamp Brewing, The Bears Den is a warm and inviting space ideal for smaller celebrations, from rehearsal dinners to bridal or baby showers. With rustic charm and a relaxed mountain vibe, this room offers the perfect setting for creating meaningful moments with your closest friends and family. The Bears Den is available for a three-hour rental and can be tailored to fit your style and service needs.

This spacious venue blends rustic charm with modern comfort. The room includes access to the upstairs private bar, with a full selection of craft beer and cocktails, as well as a dedicated dance floor space ready for DJs, live bands, or your favorite playlist. *December through February pricing subject to change depending on date.

Wedding Reception
We had our wedding reception at Basecamp Brewing and honestly could not have asked for a better experience! From the planning process all the way through our wedding day, the event team was amazing. They were always so helpful, responsive, and attentive, and made us feel like we were in good hands throughout the entire process. On the day of our wedding, the staff went above and beyond to help everything run smoothly. They were also incredibly helpful with our outside vendors, which made such a difference. Everyone was willing to jump in and help wherever they could, and it took a lot of stress off of us so we could actually enjoy our day. The kitchen did an incredible job with our meal. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious, and we had so many guests compliment the food throughout the night. Our bartenders were also amazing! They kept up with everyone all night, kept the drinks coming, and were so friendly and attentive. They made some really great drinks and did such a great job keeping everything moving. We are so thankful to the entire Basecamp team for helping make our wedding reception such a great night. Everyone worked so hard and really helped make the day special for us. We would absolutely recommend Basecamp to anyone looking for a place to host a wedding or event!
