The versatility of our event spaces — Pickering House, The Barn, and Samuel Avery’s, located next to Pickering House — allows guests to curate an experience that is both seamless and exceptional. The Barn at Pickering House accommodates up to 150 guests for seated events, seasonally, and offers a seamless balance of historic charm and contemporary comfort. The 40’ x 60’ climate controlled space is anchored by a dramatic central staircase leading to open lofts above, creating an airy, light-filled setting ideal for unforgettable celebrations. Furnished with handcrafted farm tables, cross-back chairs, curated antique pieces, and a built-in bar, our space is a backdrop for your dream event.

Designed for 30-50 guests, our Micro Wedding Collection offers an intimate reception experience that blends the charm of historic timber beams with polished, modern service. This exclusive celebration includes private use of The Barn, a chef-curated buffet dinner, and a three-hour open bar. An enhanced, tiered plated dinner option is available at an additional cost. Additional guests can be accommodated at a per-person rate. Maximum of 64 guests. Available: November 1, 2026 – May 9, 2027.
