“All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. “We booked Sheeco Weddings—specifically Nicole—as our day-of coordinator, and we truly couldn’t recommend Nicole or the Sheeco team more. The way they structure their coordination services was an absolute dream. Starting about a month before the wedding, we began meeting with Nicole, and she took the time to truly get to know everything: our vendors, décor, family dynamics, and all the little details that make a wedding run smoothly. She created our full timeline and took over communication with all of our vendors, which was such a huge relief. The level of detail she thought through was incredible—things we never would have considered on our own. Having someone so organized and supportive leading up to the big day relieved so much stress. We had a very DIY wedding, with a lot of moving parts. All vendors were booked individually, and we brought in all of our décor ourselves—candles, hurricane glasses, table linens, napkins, cutlery, cups, name cards, signage for the bar, seating chart, welcome sign, and even our cake table (since we picked up the cake ourselves). Nicole and her assistant executed that vision perfectly—truly above and beyond our expectations. Everything was set up beautifully and exactly how we had imagined it. Because of Nicole and the Sheeco team, my husband and I, our families, and our wedding party were able to completely relax and be fully present on our wedding day. I knew that if anything came up, it would be handled seamlessly. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better day-of coordination/wedding management package. “Hiring Victoria was the best decision we could have made for the success of our wedding! VEVENTS was our venue's preferred day-of coordinator, and we understood why after our first meeting. Victoria is organized, capable, approachable, and really knows her stuff. She's also just plain fun! Every meeting felt like a discussion with a (very efficient) friend. She offered ways we could bring our wedding vision to life, recommended vendors that fit our needs and values, and gave us real talk about how to prioritize and allocate our budget. We opted for a mini planning package in addition to day-of coordination, and I'm so glad we did. I'm very particular about details, and Victoria was the right person to handle much of the coordination leading up to the wedding. “Aisle Daisy is the perfect hire for your wedding planning/floral needs! From the very beginning, Kayla's communication style was super communicative, professional, responsive, and she was super easy to get along with. She always made me feel really comfortable throughout my planning process and never made me feel like I was crazy throughout the whole thing (even though I felt like it lol). The florals were absolutely stunning, straight out of a magazine, and the table execution was better than I could have ever imagined. “Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))”
