The Trusted Advocate experience. This is our premier, high-touch suite for couples desiring an effortless, elevated journey. We provide immersive leadership across every phase: from bespoke design and venue selection to comprehensive budget management and final execution. We partner with you to ensure a seamless, luxurious PNW celebration, allowing you to remain entirely present while we curate your dream team with absolute precision.

The Strategic Navigator experience. Designed for the couple who has secured their venue but requires professional oversight and expert leadership to steer the ship. We typically step in 9 months prior to master your budget, vet your contracts, and provide that critical 'second set of eyes' on every detail. This is a high-level collaboration where we secure your vision and turn complex logistics into a seamless, polished, and protected experience.

The Signature Management experience. This is the gold standard for the couple who has curated their vision but requires a confident team for the final logistical takeover. Beginning 6 months out, we transition from your planning to our professional execution. We oversee vendor communications, finalize your master timeline, and provide the logistical command needed to ensure your day is executed with precision while you remain entirely present.

It really depends on the level of planning support you choose and how involved you would like to be in the process. Some couples prefer frequent check-ins and collaborative planning. Others are happy to hand off the details and let us take the lead. Either way, we will create a schedule that fits your needs and keeps everything on track. We only take on one wedding per day to ensure our full attention is on you and your event. Every couple deserves our undivided focus, and we are committed to delivering a seamless experience from start to finish. If we book a weekend with multiple events, they are carefully timed and staffed so that each one receives the same level of care and detail. Quality always comes first.
To maintain the high-touch, empathetic service our couples deserve, we limit the number of events we accept each season. For Full-Service and Partial Planning, we recommend reaching out 12 to 18 months in advance to secure your date on our boutique calendar. For Wedding Management, 6 to 9 months is ideal. This ensures we have ample time to provide the meticulous, organized attention to detail that defines the Hidden Hand experience.
