    Made our wedding day stress free!

My passion for wedding planning started with my own wedding. I loved the planning process and quickly realized how much I enjoyed organizing the details and bringing everything together. On my wedding morning, I ended up spending hours communicating with vendors and handling unexpected issues instead of getting ready and enjoying the moment. My biggest regret was not having a coordinator there to handle those things for me. That experience inspired me to become the person I wish I had on my own wedding day and to give other couples the opportunity to truly enjoy theirs.
Absolutely! Every wedding is different, and I don’t believe your planning package should feel one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re having an intimate celebration with 50 guests or a larger traditional wedding, we can tailor my services around what you actually need. My goal is to support you where you need it most while staying within your budget.
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract outlining your services and our agreement. To officially reserve your wedding date, I require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer. Once both are completed, your date is officially booked and reserved on my calendar!
Day-of Coordination is perfect for couples who have done most of the planning themselves but want someone to take over the logistics when the big day arrives. I work with you during the month leading up to your wedding to finalize details, communicate with vendors, create and manage your timeline, and make sure everything is organized. On your wedding day, I handle vendor communication, coordinate the timeline, assist with setup and details, troubleshoot unexpected issues, and keep everything running smoothly so you can focus on celebrating!
I recommend booking as soon as you know you’d like coordination or planning support, especially if you have a specific wedding date in mind. However, I understand that every couple plans at a different pace, so feel free to reach out even if your wedding is coming up soon. I’m always happy to see how I can help!
