Rachel's background isn't traditional wedding planning—it's production. Years spent managing countless moving pieces behind the scenes for companies like Disney and Blue Man Group taught her how to anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly, and bring ambitious visions to life. She combines the creativity of a designer with the precision of a producer, creating celebrations that feel effortless for her clients while ensuring every detail is expertly managed from start to finish.

    Atelier Experience; a wonderful experience

    Calm, Creative, and Flawless!

    I cannot recommend The Atelier Experience highly enough! Rachel helped coordinate and organize a few last minute details for our wedding day, and she was an absolute lifesaver. Several of our plans fell through a few days before and she didn't miss a beat. She is incredibly calm under pressure and came up with the most brilliant, creative ideas to pivot on the fly. I have also seen her work with Trinity's events, and she is consistently organized, professional, and dedicated to making sure everything runs smooth. If you want a coordinator who will keep you at ease and handle any curveball with grace and a smile, look no further! Rachel is your girl!!

In addition to wedding planning, I also help coordinate and design related celebrations such as engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and post-wedding brunches. My background in event production gives me access to a diverse network of talented vendors and performers, including musicians, dancers, and other specialty artists who can help create a truly memorable experience for your guests. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a full weekend of events, I can help bring your vision to life with seamless coordination and personalized touches throughout every celebration.
My preference is to dedicate my full attention to one wedding per day, ensuring every couple receives the focus, care, and hands-on support they deserve. While I typically only take on one wedding each weekend, during peak wedding season I may strategically book multiple events across a weekend to best utilize my team and resources. However, I never schedule more than one wedding on the same day. This approach allows me to maintain a high level of service while ensuring each celebration is executed with the attention and detail it deserves.
