Hey there! My name is Allison. I just moved from Hawai'i and now live in Olympia, Washington with my husband and fur-babies. I have been in love with photography since I was a little girl and have turned my passion into a business. I am obsessed with love stories, planning, and witnessing core memories being made, so I was definitely made for the wedding industry. My goal is to be an affordable option for anyone who wants to make their PNW dream come true.

I think what sets me apart from other photographers is my ability to act pretty silly while also remaining professional. I am not afraid to get dirty/wet in order to get the perfect shot and I am also not afraid to stand up for the couples' wants and needs on their wedding day (someone has to be a little bossy). Since I love to be organized, I also work with my couples to create a photo timeline that decreases any unknowns on the big day -- so all they would have to do is have fun! Photography doesn't have to be scary, so I do everything I can to make it an enjoyable process.

You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement. If you do not want to choose from the list, or from anyone that I can find for you, you would just get your money back guaranteed.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I occasionally touch up any facial "imperfections" that are pointed out to me. Since places like beaches are also never completely secluded, I also remove people or objects that take away from the image.
Unfortunately, I do not allow clients to have access to the RAW image files. You will only receive the edited JPEG files.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. I work very quickly, though, so most clients end up getting their galleries back within 2 weeks!
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Yes, there is. The deposit will be half of your session price. This is required so that your date will be set in stone. The remainder of the session fee will be due on the day of your session. This also applies to small weddings/elopements (less than 5 hours). For weddings (4+ hours), $500.00 is the required retainer fee, and it is non-refundable.
I only charge a travel fee for locations/venues on the North Shore and beaches around the Waianae area. Any travel to these locations is an automatic $30.00 additional fee. If the client requests a lot of back-and-forth travel, I may be inclined to add-on an additional travel fee. If you request that I travel to another island, travel fees begin at $400.00.
Every session/wedding comes with an online gallery. Once all of your photos have been taken and edited, I will upload them to the gallery and email them to you and only you. Once you have this gallery, along with any PINs and passwords provided, you may share your album with family and friends. Please note that you (and whomever you give the album information to) should download the album ASAP.
