When i say you NEED Keyta I mean it!!! She went above and beyond to make my wedding day smooth and beautiful. When i was worried my sister (who’s pregnant) wouldn’t be able to bend down to fix my long train and cathedral length veil, Keyta offered to come to one of my dress fitting appts to look at my dress and veil so she’d be prepared to step in if she needed to. She stayed in constant contact with my vendors and ensured we were all on the same page in order to have a smooth successful day. As the day got closer i started to become overwhelmed. she immediately took on anything i needed help with (looked up clerks office and provided address and phone number for our marriage license, last minute recommendations like clear umbrellas, isle runners, extra tents, ect in case it rained). Her bride and groom checklist helped keep us on track and ensured we got everything done that we needed to. On the day of, she let me use her mirror that she used on her wedding day for my flat lay detail pictures. She came prepared with a curling iron for touch ups!! I expressed my vision of having a flower wall that I didn’t have time to coordinate and Keyta made it happen! Having her by my side made me feel so at ease and i couldn’t imagine my day without her!! Elizabeth at E&A Events was the PERFECT solution! I engaged her right away and used her Day of Coordination package which was honestly SO affordable and SO MUCH help to me and to the bride. She worked with us in preparing for the wedding, solved all of our concerns and unknowns as she is so familiar with weddings and how things “should go” and what pitfalls to be aware of.  She was very flexible and all about working with my daughter’s vision for the wedding day, including helping with updates to timelines etc. On the day of, even though the venue provided a “coordinator”, it was so necessary to have someone there who was all about me as the mother of the bride and all about the bride and her day.  Elizabeth was all over the venue throughout the ceremony and reception, making sure things were being handled and staying on track with our wishes;  if there was any issue, she was on it and this allowed me to relax and enjoy the day! Hands down - the best part of the entire support that Elizabeth provided was offered AFTER the event ended;  she stayed long after and made sure that all the centerpieces were broken down and all of the decor was stashed away in one place so we could easily go pick it up the following day.  And this was packing up centerpieces with 28 floating candles on two separate floors — I was having nightmares of having to empty all those vases, but Elizabeth made it so easy! She is friendly, organized and persistent — there is no reason whatsoever to not invest in her support for your wedding or any event — but especially a wedding … this one day can be so expensive - she ensures that nothing goes wrong and you can just enjoy your special day.  HIGHLY recommend her!

Victoria, Danielle and Kyle can solve and will solve absolutely anything that comes up on the big day and all the days leading up. I was a bride on a budget so was unsure if I "needed" a planner. Let me tell you, you do, and you freaking deserve it. No matter how much you plan you WILL need her. Every question, she has the answer and the 4 weeks leading up to your wedding are insane, so the fact that she coordinated all the communication with vendors legit saved my job. Day of, she and her squad showed up with a legit Mary Poppins bag of anything you would need day of. From safety pins to foot numbing spray to q tips. Because all of the reviews of planners on this site are glowing and positive, which makes it hard to choose, let me list out what she did for me as she was actually a super woman planner. 1. On my way to the church I realized I didn't have my veil. I gave her a call, she picked up on the first ring and didn't even bother to ask me where it was all she said was "no problem"! She sped back to venue and retrieved it and made it back to the church right on time. 2. After a sunshine filled week nothing short of an actual cyclone descended on my wedding day. I was determined to make my boardwalk pics happen (despite that legit never being possible). As I looked at my frigid bridesmaids I couldn't hold it in and the full sob occurred. We relocated into the venue and I was shocked to find my venue 100% set up 2 hours early and it looked absolutely stunning. Victoria had foreseen this inevitability and saved my day. 3. Oh and about the full sob, she was there with a large glass of Chardonnay, the perfect shade of Dior lip gloss and a beauty blender to patch me back together after. 4. The entire day went on exactly as planned per the timeline bc she was there! Ladies, your not going to be wearing your Apple Watch on your wedding day and you are going to be so emotional you don't deserve to be thinking about what's next. 5. We forgot my MIL favorite bottle of wine at my dads house, Danielle zoomed to his house, got in using a hidden key, retrieved it and showed up and handed it to me drenched from the rain. 6. After my wedding day when I felt guilty for having social anxiety the day of she was so supportive and honest in telling me all my feelings were 100% normal and don't trust everything you see on instagram (many brides are unprepared for 300 eyes on them). Last thing, unlike some NJ planners that only do weddings over 100k, she isn't like that AT ALL. The best planners can work with any budget, and Victoria is actually THE BEST.

Ashley and her team helped make our day perfect. They made sure all my decor was setup beautifully, including some 100 candles between the ceremony and reception, and everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong, I have no idea what it is. Ashley also did my flowers, not only was it one less thing for me to worry about, since she and her team would be there anyway making everything look right, but the flowers were perfect!

I had a perfect wedding, somehow some way nothing went wrong and I'm eternally grateful to Kelsi for making that happen. I want to start off by saying if you are looking for a wedding coordinator BOOK KELSI. I always heard from family and friends "just be ready for it to not be perfect on the day of and be okay with it" when planning my wedding. However, Kelsi not only took the challenge of my specific desires to my celestial wedding theme with 618 in Freehold, NJ, but she executed them PERFECTLY. Absolutely nothing went wrong on my wedding day, and I owe so much of that to Kelsi. She was so kind and easy to work with, caring and attentive to all my desires & needs. She built an amazing timeline, got all my details in a row for me, offered guidance when needed, and was just such a great help during the leadup to the big day. Day of, she had her fanny pack of wonders with so many tools to make sure we all were set and weren't missing anything. She had a tool to help cut open pockets on my brother's suit that he realized were still sewn shut, as well at the coat tails on his suit jacket. A crochet hook to assist in doing my dress's bussel, and just so many other trinkets you may not think about day of. If I had to use one word to describe Kelsi it would be mindful, she has everything in mind for you, your family, your friends, and making your day the best it can be. She stayed with us until the end of the night, helping every step of the way and watching to make sure nothing went wrong. Even near the end of the night my husband was sweating a bit so he started to get a bit of a BO smell and she had deodorant on her for that - like seriously she has everything! My mom was so impressed and it takes a lot to impress her. Any person I know that is getting married soon I've been asking if they need a coordinator because Kelsi is just that girl - the total package for all your wedding needs! If you are on the fence, definitely give her a go it will NOT be regretted!!

Desiree’ Wolf with Devoted Wolf Events was our day of coordinator and also did amazing design work for our wedding at Hotel LBI. We loved working with her and are so happy with how it all turned out. She kept us on track during planning, provided insight and support along the way, was responsive and so kind and easy to work with. She took our abstract visions for how we wanted our wedding to look and made them a reality, including joining meetings with our florist and collaborating closely with her, which was essential the look we were going for. On the day of the wedding, Desiree’ and her team made sure we had everything we needed and executed our vision perfectly. They worked really well with all our vendors. We felt like Desiree’ was just as excited for our wedding as we were! Desiree’s design work was incredible. I loved that her pricing model allowed us to add on installations for some of the big ideas we had, such as the attached EPIC escort display and guestbook (see photos!).

We got the full planning package, The End to a New Beginning. Miranda was there helping me plan for an entire year to bring our Sleepy Hollow wedding vibe come to life. She also suggested floral and decor vendors, which we ended up using and they were fantastic. The bridal suite she set up with a charcuterie and champagne tower and it was so cute!!! She brought all us girls coffee at 8am and a his and hers gift after the wedding. Highly recommend.

From coordinating the day flawlessly, working so closely to communicate with all of our vendors, and arranging the most organized timeline!! Everything went so smooth. Kat was so so helpful in the months leading up to answer all our questions. It was so fun and easy to work with the whole team. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I found Amalia and Jenna from butterfly effect weddings!! I purchased the Day-Of Coordinator service, hoping that I’d be able to take the decorating, last minute organization, and vendor communication off my plate after everything was planned and booked. But these two experts did this, and SO much more. They helped create and edit the whole wedding timeline, took over communication with vendors starting 7 days BEFORE the wedding, put together my very complicated favor table without a hitch, offered to create signage, ran the music for our ceremony and cocktail hours, and they even did a last minute transport of my wedding bouquets and boutonierres because they were delivered to the wrong building. But most importantly, they made me feel like I could relax and fully enjoy the busy wedding day, and be super present with all my guests, family, friends, and husband.
