The Day-of coordination/wedding management package includes: One or two consultations 4-6 weeks prior to the event day. A minute-by-minute plan for the event day. A point of contact for all hired professionals. A final walkthrough of venue. Coordination of rehearsal. Day-of on site coordination, setup oversight, management of schedule, gifts & personal items, guest assistance, crisis management, breakdown oversight, payment to vendors.

    You'll have the BEST PARTY YOU EVER HAD!

    JR Party Planning does a great job on planning weddings, parties, baby showers, etc... She will communicate with you and share details about your event. Her work is beautiful and she delivered everything on time without any stress. She is very loving and caring. On top of that she listens to what you want. She's a hard worker. I recommend JR Party Planning to any Couple/family/Children's event. If you're looking for a planner that genuinely cares about making your day special, SHE'S THE ONE!

    Working with Jessica at JR Party Planning was such a relief from start to finish.
