“It is not unusual for wedding planning to begin more than a year in advance of your big day. Venue, flowers, decor, churches (bring your own priest which is a thing), engagement photos, DJ, wedding party, save the dates, invitations. The list DOES. NOT. STOP. With all of these moving parts it really makes you wonder how such a complex event can happen without the slightest issue and seemingly end before you know it. Well, Liv is our reason. After months of planning, and picking, and choosing, and changing, and scrapping ideas our bandwidth for creativity and follow-through was wearing thin. Liv saved the day. She seamlessly coordinated communications between all parties and vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. I will honestly say that without her our day would not have come together like it did. Everyone tells you that something will inevitably go wrong regardless of how thorough your planning. Liv didn’t let that happen. The groomsmen forgot tie clips. Liv ran 5 blocks to pick up tie clips for the boys and was back before the girls even arrived at the church. Her foresight and planning were impressive but her ability to think and adjust on the fly is what made our day go off with zero issues. We cannot thank Liv enough for her help. “TLDR: Hire Rachel, she is excellent at her job and will make all your event dreams come true! Throughout the year leading up to my wedding, the question I got the most was “is the wedding planning stressful?” And my reply, every single time, was “no, because I have the most amazing wedding planner.” I cannot recommend Rachel Vitagliano Events enough. She planned our wedding, which was a double feature including a picnic ceremony at the lake in the morning followed by an 80s Prom reception in the evening. Two very different vibes, a lot to coordinate, plan, and decorate, and Rachel and her team went above and beyond every step of the way. We had meetings every couple months throughout the year, and Rachel always had an answer to every question, never missing a beat. She has an online portal that made organization easy and pleasant. She has amazing ideas and vision. Any time I got overwhelmed, she was immediately able to ease my concerns and I felt so much better after every time we spoke. For the Prom reception, that took place at the City Hall, the only thing we gave her was a color scheme and a Pinterest board. From that she created a mesmerizing portal through time that made every single guests’ jaws drop. People could not stop talking about how amazing it looked. For reference, see the pictures below – the sparkling, dreamlike Prom compared to how it looked the NEXT DAY, set up for a local vote. These photos are also a testament to how fast and thorough her team’s clean up was! The fire alarm even went off in the middle of the reception, and I had no idea that Rachel spent almost an hour trouble shooting and dealing with the fire department (there was no fire). I didn’t even know this was going on—she goes above and beyond to deal with the stress so that her clients have the perfect time. Rachel brought all of our dreams to life and somehow made them even better than we imagined. She is so incredibly good at every aspect of her job. My wedding was perfect and an absolute dream, in large part because of Rachel. Hiring her will be the best decision you could make for your event planning!!”

“Brittany was absolutely incredible, and hiring her as our final-detail wedding planner was hands down the best decision I made during the entire planning process. From the very beginning, Brittany went above and beyond. She helped me with everything from choosing my wedding dress to managing tailoring timelines, and she made sure I had every detail booked and organized well in advance. Even though we were planning from different states, Brittany made it seamless with thoughtful coordination calls and constant communication. Distance was never an issue. In the week leading up to the wedding, she truly came through. Brittany joined me at the venue for a full walkthrough, helped set up our archways, and coordinated flawlessly with all of our vendors. When my hair stylist unexpectedly canceled, Brittany stepped in immediately and saved the day by helping with both my hair and my mom’s—something I will forever be grateful for. She didn’t stop there. The day after the wedding, Brittany also helped coordinate and execute a beautiful brunch for our guests at our home, allowing us to relax and actually enjoy time with everyone.
