From start to finish, our experience with Fresh Capsule Vibes was nothing short of amazing! Right from the initial inquiry after an ISO post on Facebook, the response time was incredibly fast, and Jesse made us feel at ease with every step of the process. They were professional, approachable, and genuinely excited to be part of our special day. On the wedding day itself, Jesse and her team were a joy to work with. They kept a positive and calm energy throughout the entire day, which made us feel relaxed and confident. They were also incredibly organized, making sure we stayed on schedule for all the important moments while still capturing everything we wanted — and more! She also had a special understanding of Filipino families which I think added an extra special touch of comfort. As for the photos and video, we were absolutely blown away! The quality is exceptional. Every shot captured not only the beauty of the day but also the emotions and the little details we may have missed in the moment. The editing was perfect for the video was well and we have loved watching and re-watching it. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to work with Jesse. My daughter and her husband just had the most beautiful outdoor wedding at King William Park, followed by an intimate reception at Rosarios in downtown San Antonio. The entire event was seamless, thanks to the help of our wedding coordinator, Jessica O’Connor. Jessica’s organization and planning skills are off the charts! She orchestrated their dream wedding with just a couple of meetings and emails with the bride and groom, minimal communication with me, and behind-the-scenes communication with the vendors. Krysta and her team were an absolute dream to work with! I ended up getting the package where they took over vendor communications 3 months before the wedding and that alone saved us so much stress. Her bubbly personality and on point organization skills helped to make everything leading up to the wedding less stressful. She asked us all the right questions as well as the ones we didn’t know we had to worry about, and had a plan for incorporating the Mexican traditions we wanted to have into the schedule(ie. Dollar dance, La Vibora de la Mar/snake dance song, mariachi). At the beginning of our 3 month meetup, we already had a wedding timeline, the VIP(wedding court) list down, as well as plans for our decor. This was so handy when following up with vendors about timeline and overall plans. There was only a little miscommunication around rehearsal dinner expectations, but we were able to figure out a plan to rehearse with our bridal party the day of the wedding. Come wedding day, I was blown away by the work her and her team did to set up our reception area - from hanging the papel picado, to the pinata in the center, to setting all the dinner and dessert tables - I was in tears seeing it all come together. Her and her team also ran the wedding so smoothly and handled any little hiccups with grace. I cannot emphasize enough how hard her and her team worked to make sure my husband and I enjoyed ourselves the entire time. I cannot stress how important it is to hire the right coordinator to ensure your wedding runs smoothly! Please hire Krysta and her team - you definitely won’t regret it!

My most memorable experience with Timeless Event Planning was a 40th birthday photo shoot that Lauren coordinated for a client. It truly felt like we had much more than just a “day-of” coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was coming together smoothly. She also took the initiative to reach out to all of our other vendors, which lifted so much stress off of us. One of the most amazing surprises was her connecting us with a promotion for a free dance floor through another vendor, which made our reception even more special! On the wedding day, she handled everything behind the scenes so we could fully relax and enjoy ourselves. We didn’t have to worry about a single detail because we knew she had it covered. We hired Stacy very last minute and were on the fence about hiring her because we didn't have a lot for her to do as a planner but for peace of mind, we scheduled one call with her and were 100% sold. We had so many "little details" that we didn't want to get lost in translation or have to worry about. We also didn't want to depend on our bridal party or family members to help out because just like us, we wanted them to enjoy the day too. Stacy took care of everything and then some, even stopping to make sure we had our signature drinks and that we got to eat our appetizers. She went as far as making sure we got our wedding cake packaged up for later. She is so thoughtful and thorough. She also has a creative flair. We gave her complete authority with design and she made all of our personal items look even better than we imagined. We got married at the Wedding Pavilion and had our cocktail hour and reception at Italy Isola in Epcot. With all of the moving parts, Stacy was amazing making sure all of our personal items were where they should be and packed everything up at the end of the night.
