A proclivity for meaningful communication and an instinctively creative eye are what make Rebecca who she is and drive her approach to coordination and design. Growing up the eldest in a military family of five, Rebecca has fond memories of having the chance to explore countless childhood homes. Those vivid and meaningful moments are what drove Rebecca to create Moments by Bec. Through her vision, we strive to create unique and memorable events, each with its own personal touches that leave guests feeling like they've been a part of something treasured.

Weddings allow us not only to celebrate bringing two people together, but also in a way uniting two families, two friend groups, and two visions into one. It is our goal here at Moments by Bec to help you create a day that signifies how you want to be seen as a couple. Are you the on-beat and trendy couple that wants the latest in art-deco and vibrant metallics? Or are you the small-town high school-sweethearts that want to share their love for the outdoors through warm earth tones and natural water elements or greenery? This package includes complete brainstorming, design, and execution of your wedding. With everything from vision boards and color palette swatches to crafting the perfect bridal party gifts, this option includes all of our À la carte suites.

Maybe you need a little help making this final vendor choice, locking down your officiant, or finding perfect bridal party gifts. This package aims to assist you in making any final decisions before bringing everything together in those last few months.

Our suites are designed to be added to any package for easy customization! Feel free to pick and choose which options will help build a package that best suits your wants and needs for your wedding. Our day-of coordination package includes management of everything from vendors' arrival and final payments, to venue set-up and tear down. The final details of your event will be handled with care to ensure that the day runs as smoothly as possible.

    Moments by Bec did an amazing job as our month-of coordinator! We seriously can't thank her enough for all her hard work. Not only did Bec own and run the day of the wedding with expert ease, she made improvements to it that made it better. She saw and reacted to things that we were not paying attention to, and handled it all. She took care of us, kept us hydrated and happy, and made sure our guests were having a wonderful time. She even swept in like a superhero when I had a little wardrobe malfunction. Our guests didn't even notice! We think every couple having a wedding needs to have a Bec there to ensure it goes off without a hitch! We especially appreciated how she managed the set-up and tear down for the event, and supported all of our other vendors. We did not have a bridal party of bridesmaids/groomsmen to help with those things, so we really relied on her to be our advocate and point person. She did so swimmingly. All of our vendors raved about working her. We're so glad to have connected with Bec and had her as our coordinator! Leading up to the big day, she helped us put our timeline together and fielded a ton of questions we had. She was organized, caring, and calm. Her patience and communication was very appreciated, and her work leading up to the event ensured she was fully prepared for whatever the big day would bring. Thank you so much, Bec! You truly made sure we had the perfect day.

    Becca was an absolute pleasure to work with! She coordinated through email until about a month before the wedding when we texted frequently on last minute topics I needed help with. She helped keep me on track with monthly phone calls, she helped coordinate with vendors, and even attended the tasting at the venue with me! She will help make your wedding day as smooth and flawless as was mine!!

    As a venue owner, we've worked with a lot a planners and Bec definitely a true joy to work with! Very organized, passionate and kind! Bec has a way running a timeline in a smooth professional manner and does so in a fun energetic way, it was like working with a great friend. Looking forward to working her again!
