Our 6-month partial planning service is designed to step in at the most crucial stage of your wedding, ensuring all details are refined, vendors are aligned, and your vision is executed seamlessly.

With our 4-Week Out Management, you’ll feel supported, organized, and confident knowing that a professional is tying up the loose ends and preparing everything for an stress-free wedding day. Plus our Day-of Coordination service ensures that every detail runs seamlessly, allowing you and your loved ones to fully embrace the celebration.

Designed for couples who have carefully selected and purchased their own décor, our Full Décor Setup Service brings your vision to life on your wedding day. We professionally set up your personal décor according to your instructions, inspiration photos, and floor plan, ensuring every detail is placed with care and precision.

    Mora wedding

    I cannot express enough how much Victoria helped us with the coordination of our wedding! I was a DIY bride and wanted to organize everything myself but one month before the wedding I was so overwhelmed and came across Events with Grace and reached out to Victoria for help and she really helped remove all the stress I had from organizing everything myself. She sat down with us and went over details that I didn’t know about or think about. She was very caring and would check on me all the time to make sure I wouldn’t get stressed out. Victoria really helped me have the special day every bride ever dreams of!

    Events with Grace

    Working with Events with Grace SA was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Victoria stayed on top of everything from start to finish, and her communication was phenomenal—we always knew exactly what was happening and felt totally supported. The value we got for our money far surpassed what we expected, especially considering how much she did on the actual day. Things went wrong (honestly, a lot of things), but Victoria handled every single issue with the outside vendors so smoothly that we barely even noticed. She helped with setup, jumped in whenever we needed her, and somehow kept everything running like it was all part of the plan. We can't recommend Events with Grace SA enough. Her and her team killed it!

    Saving Grace

    As someone who gets stressed easily, I was really nervous about planning a wedding, but she made the entire process feel so manageable. She was always quick to respond, kept me on track with timelines, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. The day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly. Even when little things came up (because they always do), I had no idea until after because she handled it so calmly and professionally. That alone was worth it. Everything came together so beautifully and exactly how I envisioned. I’m so grateful we had her.
