I cannot recommend Emerald Events enough! My husband and I got married back in May and though I planned most of the wedding myself we decided a day of coordinator was the best way to go! With our ceremony at a church and reception at our house (and 234 guests) there were a ton of moving parts to keep track of... We hired Emerald Events about a month and a half before our wedding and Rachel stepped in and immediately/seamlessly got to work bringing all the pieces of the puzzle together! She contacted all of the vendors, helped coordinate timelines, set up and take down and any other details that made the day go off without a hitch! At one point at the end of the night I saw her washing dishes in my kitchen and putting away desserts , etc! God bless her! Her assistants were wonderful as well and my guests even commented on how kind/ wonderful they all were! If you're wondering if a day of coordinator is worth it .. the answer is YES! With great pricing and an amazing staff, Emerald Events is definitely the way to go! They truly made the day so special and we can't thank them enough!

I need space for more than 5 stars! Oh Julia, from the bottom of our hearts we can not thank you enough for giving us the most perfect and memorable ceremony. The ceremony portion of the wedding day was very important to me so we did a lot of research on a professional that would make the ceremony so special and marry us. From the beginning of our meeting, Julia was professional, on time, kind and very thorough in explaining everything. We had the opportunity to customize our ceremony to the T. Of course we used Julia's base for the ceremony but we also added a lasso component to it and had it be bilingual. My husband really liked adding in "Hasta que la muerte nos separe." and I really liked adding in a moment of prayer after the lasso ceremony. JULIA never told us no. She was always positive, provided insight and provided many options. EVEN the option to choose her outfit to go with our wedding colors and theme. After the wedding ceremony... I received so many comments from different friends and my bridal party on Julia " where did you find your officiant?" "She looked so stunning" " Your officiant was very graceful and treated us nicely when looking for the rings and vow books" " I was surprised she spoke Spanish so well" Having Julia as our officiant made everything 10x better. Her voice is soothing and she takes the right amount of pauses in the speeches and really allows you to soak in the moment. Her voice is crisp, calm and she kept things interesting. WE ARE SOOO HAPPY JULIA MARRIED US! I only have positive things to say and bear in mind, I myself am on year 7 as a wedding vendor in the wedding industry... Courtney was the first wedding vendor I contacted after getting engaged. As a wedding professional, I already knew the value in having a wedding planner, but as a bride I truly understand it. Courtney was there with us from day one of planning. She made the appointments for florals, venues, rentals, and provided suggestions for other categories. She got all the information and quotes for us, making it much easier on our end. She checks in to make sure our tasks are being done and offers any support if needed. Our ceremony was mostly candle-lit. Absolutely romantic, but also aboslutely time consuming to light. Courtney practiced at the rehersal so she knew how long it would take to set up, and then break down to transfer the candles to our reception. Also, pro-tip that I learned, light your candles ahead of time so they'll be easier to light! Day-of, she made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. My family and in-laws still talk about how much Courtney and her team made the day flow perfectly. I can't thank Courtney enough for helping us execute the best day ever!

Jamison and Tania did such an incredible job coordinating my wedding. I am very type A so I wanted everything to be perfect and there wasn't a single thing that went wrong the entire day! I even had other vendors complimenting me on her and her team and how dialed they had everything! She allowed the entire day to run seamlessly without any stress at all, and even at the end of the event I was expecting to have to help clean up a little bit, but to my surprise EVERYTHING was finished and we got to just load up quickly and leave! Mindy and Teri are hands down the very best wedding planners ever. I hired them as "day of coordinators" but they helped me the whole year I was planning the big day. They helped me find vendors for Calamigos Ranch (Oak Room) and told me things I that I did not even know I had to do. We couldn't have made a better choice in using Heirloom Event Company to help us plan our wedding. Our planning timeline was only about 5 months, My husband and I lived in different countries and had to deal with the added stress of immigration visas on top of wedding planning. We wanted a planner who would understand our needs and someone we could trust to listen to our vision for the day and make it happen. Haylie was so easy to work with, always on top of deadlines and keeping us on track in the all stages of planning. She listened to our ideas and dreams and found vendors that suited and fit within budget. She found us an amazing coffee cart vendor after i said coffee would be awesome to have. We dreamed of it being a fairytale/ hobbiton vibes in the music, she found us a music duo who hit the brief perfectly. She helped us surprise each other the morning of and throughout the day. She was so supportive throughout the whole planning stage, any questions we had she answered and even after the wedding, answering questions that only come up after the event has happened. With family travelling from outside of the country, she made a simple document we could give to them to have all the info needed so they didn't ask us the day of. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! We had Tavi as our month of coordinator and she helped with our rental order. She was super responsive to all our emails and always willing to help us with any decisions! All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly. When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. She handles business, and gives confidence to her clients. Thank you Ashley and Rose Event Co. for turning what could have been a disaster into a day dream!
