I am so happy that I chose to work with Deborah and Valentin at Bella Vita Events for my wedding. I honestly can’t believe I ever considered going with a day-of coordinator, as having Deborah and her team involved from the start was one of the best decisions I made. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming process actually became enjoyable and fun thanks to their guidance and just overall great personalities! Their attention to detail was exceptional. Every email, meeting, checklist was approached with such professionalism and care. They truly took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in ways beyond our expectations. They thought of so many cute and memorable ideas (which I never would have come up with on my own) but they suggested them in such a no-pressure way that I always felt like the final decision was truly mine. There’s so much that goes into making a seamless wedding, and I felt at ease with them. I was able to be fully present on my wedding day, knowing everything was being handled with precision and grace. Truly cannot recommend them enough!
