Built in 1871, Cow Track Ranch sweeps from the floor of Nicasio Valley surrounded by rolling hills and trees. Located 1.25 miles down a gravel road, the ranch is a quiet location with an authentic rustic vibe. The reception barn, an original 1970's hay barn, displays a collection of antique gold mirrors, dimming chandeliers, bistro lighting and a built-in stage. The barn includes farm tables and décor. A large prep space with tables, refrigeration/freezer and wash area is available for catering use. Two oversized wood doors welcome guests into the tin barn which has one open side providing views of the rolling hills. Ceremonies take place atop the knoll behind the reception barn by a large rock or in front of the historic wood barn, built in 1871. Enjoy cocktail hour in the barnyard and the corral is a great space for guests to dance the night away under the stars. Our venue include lodging and exclusive use of the property which makes your special weekend relaxing and enjoyable.

We loved having our wedding at cow track. The barn was sweet, the view and surrounding land beautiful. And Melissa was thoughtful and incredibly easy to work with - and trust us when we saving having easy people to work with during such a stressful event is key. As a bride, for me The location is perfect. The team is amazing. The service was excellent. The food was great. The vendors that we utilize were amazing. My only constructive feedback is to be mindful of guest count when booking if you do your wedding in the off-season months. But with that said the team will come together to make your day the absolute most perfect day that you can ask for with a large discount. They were amazing and they were extremely flexible and accommodating my large party. Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say about the Wedgewood team at Stonetree. They were truly an unforgettable part of my experience. For that reason alone, I would honestly recommend people book with this venue. You will not have a better team to help coordinate your wedding.

Our guests began arriving several days before the wedding to clear, autumn weather. The wedding day was gorgeous. Trentadue prepared the lawn seating, arch and pavilion as we requested. They worked well with our caterer and vendors but didn’t hover or micromanage. To sum up, if you want a gorgeous setting with excellent wine and a wonderful team to work with, choose Trentadue for your wedding.

We could not recommend Paradise Ridge Winery as your wedding venue enough! Both because of the beauty of the venue/vineyard itself and the friendliness and professionalism of the team. The venue is stunningly located on the top of a ridge, so you and your guests will have unparalleled views of the vineyards and greater Santa Rosa all night long. You can watch the beautiful sunset behind the famous Love statue while you say your vows and your guests enjoy their post-ceremony wine. I had to pinch myself at one moment that this is where we were getting married! The venue also is flexible and unique in that you can have a separate space for all the major events - outdoor welcome space, ceremony outside, balcony for drinks/appetizers, upstairs indoor/outdoor dining for dinner, and then downstairs for dancing and outdoor hanging (alongside fire pits and a brick oven perfect for late night pizza!). It made the whole night feel like a fun surprise as we transitioned into different spots. The Paradise Ridge team also is phenomenal. The team quickly got to know us as we visited prior to the wedding and we got on first name bases with the majority of team members. I also was so grateful for how hospitable they were to my Mom when she visited prior to the wedding. She had mobility issues and they made sure she was enjoying herself and taken care of. We also joined the wine club and still head back regularly for visits. Not just because the wine is delicious, but because the team has felt like family. It's become our favorite place to celebrate special occasions. On a few practical notes that also influenced us on selecting Paradise Ridge: While you can lean into a beautiful outdoor wedding, you also have indoor space as a back-up and beautiful dining chairs for no extra charge. And because the building is also brand new, it's clean, modern, and ADA accessible - perfect for members of your family with mobility issues! Last but not least, it's more centrally located in Santa Rosa so if transportation is not in your budget, you don't have to sweat being able to get to/from the venue through Lyft/Uber/cabs. Loved loved loved Chabot. Staff were amazing, particularly Alex Wolf. We did the full package so we had the ceremony in the planetarium, the cocktail hour in the second floor Spees building and the reception in Astronomy Hall. It was absolutely magical from start to finish. The ceremony was so unique and the guests got to enjoy a ten minute planetarium show while we grabbed a few moments for ourselves and snacked. Guests got to interact with the exhibits on the Spees building during cocktail hour and then had free access to the telescopes during the reception. Everything was perfect. Some things to note: you don't get access to the venue until 5:00pm which makes it a fairly late wedding. I strongly recommend paying for the extra hour at the end. I think it would be worth it as we felt like the party was a little on the shorter side. Also recommend you use Carrie Dove for catering. They were extremely professional from the start and know the venue well.

Riggers Loft is situated on the edge of the San Francisco Bay. It is urban chic with high loft ceilings and wooden trusses that invite further decoration. You cannot beat this venue--and especially not in the Bay! Let's be honest, your guests have been to a thousand rolling hills/greenery/farmhouse weddings. They want something different! Enter Riggers. A GORGEOUS view of San Francisco right on the water, industrial chic vibes, walls aligned with wine barrels, string lights as far as the eye can see, boats passing by during the ceremony. Like a legitimate foghorn happened during our vows--where else can you get that?? Our guests LOVED it and kept telling us how unique the venue was. Plus fabulous wine and champagne and a great price! We chose the option where the venue stayed open to everyday customers during our wedding (they partition off half the venue for the wedding using wine barrels)--and not only did this not detract, it actually added to the experience! We loved seeing these people we didn't know watch through the windows, and after our crowd cheered at the end of the ceremony, we came inside and that crowd of strangers cheered, too! It was phenomenal, and that setup also allows us to keep our costs low in one of the most expensive areas to have a wedding in the country. To top it all off, the staff is wonderful. Barbara and Kevin were incredibly responsive, and the bartending staff was as nice as they come. We love Riggers. I cannot imagine doing our wedding anywhere else--and you shouldn't either. It will forever be a special place for us. So excited that we can go back as everyday customers and relive the most perfect night over and over.

Both my wife and I are from bay areas so it was important to get married by the water. I can’t stress enough how beautiful this venue is. It’s pretty much all inclusive, you can bring your own booze, vendors and decorations. It includes a stay in their fabulous inn which is 4 bedrooms. Our whole bridal party stayed and it was the best experience. We decided to book the night before too. You can even take pictures on the Marina docks right next to the property (for a small fee). The place itself is so dreamy, we used one lawn for our ceremony and one for lawn games and our cocktail tables. Watching the sunset from the reception space and the sparkly lights on both lawns was just sooo gorgeous. Now for the team, they went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate our requests and answer all my hundred questions and they were so flexible with us when we had to postpone for Covid twice. We are incredibly grateful for the team. They shared all their tips and tricks and made our wedding perfect. The coordination between the wedding venue and our planner was flawless. And best part was the seamless delivery of our late night snack, hot pretzels! And the space perfect accommodated a photo booth which everyone loved. We finally got married in September 2023! I highly recommend as a wedding venue 10/10.

The oldest house in Philo (1888), it was Anderson Valley’s first post office and stagecoach stop that decades later was the Philo Pottery Inn. During the painstaking restoration we did using nearly all salvaged materials, its secrets and history began to resurface. We were constantly discovering little finds, over 200 1880's old glass bottles buried on the grounds to the headline clad 1915 newspaper lined walls in the main house. It’s been part remodel and archeological dig. Now it’s ready to host events & make fresh memories for decades to come. A few years ago we were lucky enough to add 20+ acres of open meadow lands & forest contiguous to TKO for events & glamping and built an amphitheater by Indian Creek in the woods. We can host up to 100 and have have 12 bedrooms in three fab houses, plus glamping tents. Frida was so personable and helpful throughout the whole process; she made us feel like family. We got the best photographs because she showed us the secret spots up on the hill at golden hour! We arrived a day early to settle in and didn't want to leave on Sunday. The nature was magical-- especially our late-night bonfire under the stars after hours of dancing in the Barn. Oh yeah, and there's a hot tub! We cannot wait to return and re-visit the memories of our favorite weekend in our new favorite place. Highly recommend the venue, the staff, the vendor recommendations (especially Pilon Catering and Boontberry Farm). Zero complaints.

Our wedding at the Ranch at Stoney Creek was nothing short of AMAZING! Our guests had the best time, and LOVED the venue (as did we). The venue is spectacularly beautiful, and the team there were so helpful with organizing EVERYTHING! They provided us with beautiful decor and floral arrangements, an amazing wedding planner, and recommendations for catering and wine vendors in the area. We were even able to have some guests camp on site in beautiful "glamping" tents, which was absolutely awesome (and what we wanted since were were looking for guests to have camping options). Additionally, we were able to stay with our family, onsite, in their beautiful guest-rooms, while other guests were able to stay at adorable Air BnB's and Hotels in the area. Everyone that attended our wedding said it was the "Best wedding they had been to!" Our wedding was everything we wanted and more thank you to the team at The Ranch at Stoney Creek!

Wedgewood did such an incredible job! Between helping us plan it, to setting it all up for us, to making sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was where they needed to be, to boxing it all up for us at the end, the staff went above and beyond to make our day amazing! From the coordinators to catering to the DJ, everyone was perfectly professional while also being super friendly and a joy to work with. It's very clear to me that they all love their jobs. They were also able to work in our budget and figure out the best options for what we wanted. When my husband and I first toured the venue, I was very impressed with how beautiful it was! The gazebo in the ceremony space was absolutely perfect for our vision and the views are gorgeous imo. I loved that there was a bridge type thing that was absolutely beautiful and a great spot for our pictures! The fountain in the ceremony space was a perfect backdrop for family pictures as it's closer to where everyone was and doesn't require stairs. My father-in-law is wheelchair bound and everything was perfect for that too (which I know can be difficult to find). They even surprised us with a picture of our first dance, printed out, in a frame, and on our sweetheart table before we even got there. It also included a very sweet note on the back. It was such a surprise and I'm so grateful for that! It's hanging on our wall as it ended up being one of my favorite pictures. All in all, I would highly recommend Wedgewood @ Brentwood for anyone who is looking for a beautiful space, less stress/overwhelm, and a guarantee that the staff will do their absolute best to make your day as perfect as possible!

We just had our wedding at Sequoyah this past weekend. Everything was perfect. The venue itself is stunning. It is such a beautiful setting for a wedding. We had our ceremony on the lawn and the reception inside. We spent the day getting ready on site and my entire bridal party kept commenting on how nice everything was. My dream was to get married amongst the redwoods and I cannot wait to see the photos from the day. The food was next level. When I say the food was delicious, I don't mean "for a wedding". We had many guests compliment the food. I have a friend who is an admitted "steak snob". She made sure I knew how good the filet was. Finally, the entire staff was wonderful to work with. We originally met with Andrea who showed us the venue. She was a big reason we chose Sequoyah. Andrea and Sally were helpful and flexible throughout the planning process. They were very responsive and made the process as easy as it could be. We hired a month-of coordinator who agreed they were wonderful. I would also like to mention Emma, who was so thoughtful and kind throughout the evening. After the wedding, I mentioned some of the nice things Emma did to my family and bridal party. Others had similar stories. She truly went above-and-beyond. I cannot recommend Sequoyah enough. They gave me the perfect wedding experience!

Well, our wedding at Grace Cathedral was absolutely PERFECT. Everything was just as I imagined it. Leading up to our big day, Mahogany was wonderful in helping us coordinate and prepare a wedding that felt authentic and true to our vision. Father Greg guided us as we prepared to commit our lives to each other, and gave us such invaluable counsel. The Grace staff was lovely and professional. Our wedding was something straight out of a FAIRYTALE. Months later, people still tell me how unforgettable and awe-inspiring it all was. The venue is breathtaking and the acoustics are incredible. We feel so blessed to have had the privilege of getting married at the most beautiful church in the United States. Highly recommend getting married at Grace Cathedral!

The Omni made an incredible first impression on us. It’s a beautiful & grand space, but there was something very comfortable about it at the same time. That’s mainly due to Jano Paredes, our event coordinator. He was so welcoming & genuinely passionate about creating a special event for us. We toured two other venues, Julia Morgan & Webster Hall. While these two venues are beautiful, there weren’t nearly as caring or appreciative of our business as the Omni. The Omni made the stressful planning process enjoyable (we planned it in about 3 months!) & they were understanding when we had last minute changes & requests. They were also very flexible throughout the wedding planning. They even swapped out some of the beer in their package so they could bring in brands we liked better. Amanda Maggard is amazing. She managed the accommodations for all the guests. Many of our guests also commented on how incredible the check-in was. It was rainy that weekend, so the Omni was quick to offer complimentary umbrellas. They even gave each guest a free drink voucher at the hotel bar! Amanda also made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable in the Presidential Suite, complete with champagne, ice buckets, & several glasses for my visitors. It’s a lovely space to take getting-ready pictures. I was originally worried the grand ballroom wasn’t going to fit our vision & was torn on using the same space for the ceremony & reception (they have another room available if you’d prefer not to do this), but it was gorgeous! The spaces felt totally unique between the ceremony & the reception. The grand ballroom really provides a blank slate to create something beautiful & it can be difficult to appreciate when it’s completely empty. The mezzanine where the cocktail hour was held is beautiful & needs no additional decorations & the dim sum buffet was a huge hit. Guests loved the reception dinner menu. We went with a plated dinner selection of sea bass, chicken, or oyster mushrooms. The crab soup was delicious & by far the most popular. The passion fruit cheesecake was exceptional, but we also offered our guests a lovely Marjolaine cake slice. Later that evening, the Presidential suite where I initially got ready was transformed into our honeymoon suite. We were greeted with chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, & two custom Omni robes with our initials embroidered on them (my new initials since I was changing my name). It was so touching that it brought tears to our eyes. The Financial District was the optimal neighborhood to host our wedding. It was very safe & picturesque. We had a several family members nervous about coming to San Francisco because of the negative media coverage, but they all fell in love with the city by the end of the weekend. I know Webster Hall wouldn’t have given us the same treatment (they didn’t seem to care if they had our business or not). Julia Morgan was wonderful, but with the Omni, we just had a feeling we’d be in the best possible hands by people who genuinely cared, & we were right. Now, we love the Omni so much that we had Valentine’s Day at Monte’s two weeks after our wedding & the hotel surprised us with dessert & champagne, as well as a card signed by their staff congratulating us on our wedding. It’s a bar we now frequent because of the quality of service, food/drinks, & of course, our wonderful memories there. The Omni was the absolute best decision of our entire wedding.

We rented Golden Hill Ranch for an intimate wedding celebration. The property is stunning, and the pool is so much fun for hanging out during the day. If you’re hosting friends or family from out of town, this is a great option as you can use the property for the pool during the daytime and then use lawn for the evening events. The staff were great and we were so happy with how everything turned out!

MacCallum House is the perfect location for your destination wedding. The 19 rooms on the main property are reserved exclusively for your guests. The bar & restaurant are an ideal venue for hosting groups of up to 80 guests, and includes exclusive use of our two dining rooms, each with a river stone fireplace, as well as the bar and cafe, which includes an ocean-view sun porch, a wrap-around veranda, a lounge and bar. For larger parties, the tent, situated on our lush lawn and surrounded by established landscape, can accommodate up to 200 guests. Amplified music on the lawn ends at 10pm but the party can continue inside until midnight.

My husband and I got married in Mendocino in early August and chose MacCallum House (or Mac House) as our reception location and couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out. We knew we wanted to get married along the Mendocino coast and the most important things for us were being able to throw a memorable party and have incredible food. During our venue search, we were challenged with the logistics of lodging our guests (around 80) at reasonable price points, quiet hours that would cap our party time and figuring out transportation within a comfortable budget that wasn't cumbersome to our group. We were drawn to the Mac House due to it's insanely convenient location (our guests didn't have to use any cars once they arrived and enjoyed the town at their own pace within walking distance) and beautiful rooms at a very affordable rate but we were hook, line, sinker SOLD when we had dinner at the restaurant and tried their food. WOW. We worked really closely with Summer, who was the awesomely vivacious Mac House coordinator and our personal cheerleader as we embarked on planning our wedding within 6 months. We decided to have our ceremony a few minutes away at Cypress Grove (which the Mac House helped us plan) and due to our party size, opted to host the reception in a tent on the Mac House lawn. Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives and our guests could not stop telling us how incredible the food was, how beautiful the tent looked, and most importantly how much FUN they had. I have to give a special shoutout to the entire staff who worked our event. Everyone was so kind, so attentive, and so lovely that it made a real lasting impression on everyone. I had one guest say to me verbatim "you never really notice the service at weddings but I noticed how amazing the service was at yours". We had multiple people tell us that we had the best wedding food they had ever had (we're both in our late 30s so we take that compliment as high praise as most ppl have been to tons of weddings at that point) and our party kept going till midnight before some of our guests spilled over to the local bars to keep going. The only slight bump leading up to the weekend was that it was clear to us that the Mac House was navigating some moving parts with their business this year (dealing with the aftermath of a really wet winter season, ordering new furniture, etc) and it took a while to get answers to certain questions but honestly, at no point was it stressful and it all worked out beyond our expectations. Saya (the GM), Chef Alan, and Summer are all wonderful people and they worked their tails off to give us an incredible weekend that we and our family and friends will never forget. We are huge fans of the Mac House and their entire team and can't wait to go back and visit again.

Rainbow Lodge is an amazing venue! When we booked Rainbow Lodge we got the property from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon and 60 of our guests got to stay with us. This allowed for more time with friends and family during our wedding weekend and our guests had the best time. The lodge has a wondering swimming hole, beautiful lawn and wonderfully kept grounds. The Lodge itself has so much character and getting the whole space for the weekend was so much fun! Emily made the booking process so easy and was there to answer all our questions while we planned our wedding weekend. We were able to host both the rehearsal and wedding at the Lodge. I recommend Rainbow Lodge to anyone, it was such a special venue!

We had the absolute best experience hosting our wedding here. Natasha Norman was incredible to work with through the entire planning process. She was clear on pricing, set our expectations well, was incredibly responsive, and helped coordinate the event on the day of the wedding. We asked for some extra time to set up the room and, since the room hadn't been booked the day before the event, she let us come in the day prior to get everything in order. Natasha spoke with our DJ and coordinated for his set-up, which was very helpful. The team setting up the event also did the perfect job of setting up the tables and outdoor chairs exactly as we'd asked. I changed my mind on the arch at the last minute, and they had no problem making the change. The wedding was incredible, our guests felt comfortable in their rooms and were pleased they could bring their dogs so they didn't have to hire a dog-sitter. Everyone was impressed by the view and by the fact that the sun was setting behind the sweetheart table in the Bayview Ballroom. I also want to give a shoutout to the banquet manager who made us feel at home, kindly brought us beverages as we were setting up, and took care of us throughout the stay. I’ve received at least half a dozen compliments on the qualify of the food served, and I felt the pricing was very reasonable – especially when compared to other hotels on the water nearby. I also loved that the hotel provided us a contingency plan if we needed to move our outdoor wedding to the indoors because of rain or anything else. We truly felt special and valued and would use this venue again in a heartbeat.
