    Wedding block

    They were amazing, so helpful with everything. Everyone loved the hotel, it was beautiful, clean and modern. Would 1000% recommend staying there or even having your wedding there!

Our starting rental fee covers set-up, service, clean-up, as well as providing tables, chairs, bar, wine barrels, umbrellas, china, flatware, glassware, linens, lighting, and more.
Your venue rental covers 5 hours, encompassing both the setup and breakdown of the event. Any extra event time beyond this will incur a charge per additional hour.
The client is required to provide general liability insurance coverage, including property damage, with a minimum coverage of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000). This insurance should encompass the day and time of the event and cover the use of Geyserville Inn & Geyserville Grille property by the client and guests.
Geyserville Inn is situated 30 miles north of Santa Rosa Airport and 90 miles north of both Oakland International and San Francisco International Airport.
The client acknowledges and understands that in the event of canceling the agreement after its signing, substantial revenue loss will be incurred by the hotel. Consequently, the client agrees to pay cancellation fees as liquidated damages based on the following schedule: Cancellation 120+ days prior to the first arrival: 25% of total prepayments. Cancellation 60-119 days prior to the first arrival: 50% of total prepayments. Cancellation 30-59 days prior to the first arrival: 75% of total prepayments. Cancellation 1-29 days prior to the first arrival: 100% of total prepayments.
The Geyserville Grille is our primary catering provider for on-site events, offering a full-service experience with a dedicated catering staff. Our Executive Chef and culinary team have created an extensive selection of menus, which can be customized to suit your tastes and preferences. If you wish to explore options with an outside caterer, this may be arranged with prior approval from our sales department.
