    We had an incredibly disappointing experience with the Marriott for our wedding welcome party and room block, marked by constant miscommunication and disorganization. They double-booked rooms we had reserved, mishandled our food allergy requests at the last minute, and repeatedly failed to follow through on confirmed details like adjoining rooms and breakfast vouchers. Guests were met with rudeness at the front desk, and we had to personally intervene multiple times just to get basic things fixed. The night of our event, the backup manager disappeared when we needed lighting turned on, and breakfast the next morning took up to two hours for some guests due to understaffing. To top it off, our final bills were riddled with errors, leaving us stressed and disappointed during what should have been a joyful weekend.
