About this venue
The exquisite Casa Bella Event Center is located near Niles Canyon between Fremont and Pleasanton. Nestled in the heart of quaint downtown Sunol, Casa Bella offers the rare experience of hosting events in a setting that encompasses old world glamour - inclusive of a vintage steam train station - amidst the gorgeous views of Pleasanton Ridge and Sunol’s rolling hills.

Where rustic charm meets modern elegance.
Casa Bella's venue houses up to 250 guests and hosts a mix of modern elegance with rustic charm. We offer gold Chiavari chairs for you and your guests, farmhouse tables for use as desired, ivory/white linens and napkins, and full dining silverware set up with our rentals. Our base décor set up, along with our lighting and visual equipment create an upscale, stunning look - and that is before you add any decorations!

$2,500 - $4,500 for 8 hours, $750 for additional hour. We do not offer rental only.
The Galleria
A must-have add-on for all events.
The Galleria, located a short walk from Casa Bella, offers additional pre-event rental space. It combines the same rustic elegance with modern design as Casa Bella, featuring a large main room, a smaller lounge room, two bathrooms, and excellent natural light for makeup & photos. It is the perfect location for bridal parties to get ready together!

Ceremony Garden & Grand Pergola
Our stunning tented outdoor ceremony space is perfect for all seasons.
Our ceremonies take place outdoors on our brick patio underneath a stunning grand pergola. Casa Bella's Ceremony site hosts a beautiful 30’ by 45’ wooden framed tent that offers shade for your guests while they witness your ceremony take place under the grand pergola. This raw wood pergola can be decorated in many different fashions with chandeliers, drapes, flowers, and more. Behind the pergola stands a fountain amidst the outer garden filled with succulents and flowers.

A must book venue!
Hands down the best venue! From the moment we toured, even before we signed our contract, they were amazing! Great communication, great people that made the day easy and wonderful, and a venue that doesn’t require extra fluff because it’s already beautiful! 1000/10!!
