The par-72 championship layout of Stonebrae Country Club is reminiscent of the grand links-style courses of Scotland. This stand-out venue consists of two event spaces where couples can enjoy their special days. The Bay View Terrace is a lush green setting with one-of-a-kind views of the Bay Area. Alternatively, couples can celebrate in the Bay View Room. The intimate space is complete with an expansive panoramic doorway that opens up to the terrace.

Yes, as long as the caterer is fully licensed and provides liability insurance. The caterer must be onsite with their staff to serve the food (i.e., it cannot be picked up and brought in by the guests).
Yes we have close to 150 parking spaces and parking is free.
We sure do! You do not have to be a member to book event space at our club.
We allow guests to bring in outside wine at a $25 per bottle corkage fee. All other alcohol must be purchased through the club. We are very flexible as to how you'd like to set up the bar service. Please email hbamont@stonebrae.com to discuss options.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Your booking includes 5 full hours (ceremony is separate). So your 5 hours would start once cocktail hour begins. We are very flexible on set-up time. The room is usually set the morning of the wedding and we do not charge additional for vendors to come in early to set up. Vendors may arrive as early as 8am to set up.
The closest airport is Oakland International which is appx. 35 minutes from our venue. The next closests is San Francisco International Airport.
No, our venue is fully insured.
