She started helping me a month before the wedding when I was in shambles. She consistently and proactively reached out to me to offer help and recommendations the month before. She worked at such a quick speed as well! The day of my wedding couldn't have gone more amazing thanks to her!!! She made me feel SO comfortable and really let me enjoy my day. Family and friends could NOT stop coming up to me to tell me how on top of everything Abigail was. Before my wedding people kept telling me "not to worry about the small things, because things normally go wrong on your wedding day". WELL that was not the case with Abigail. EVERYTHING WENT ABSOLUTELY PERFECT WITH HER. She even took videos and photos our photographer didn't catch. I'm not sure how she was able to be in so many places at one time, but she did it!!!! USE ABIGAIL FOR YOUR WEDDING! SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND IS THE BEST AT WHAT SHE DOES!!! 3

Thanks to her, my husband and I were able to celebrate with our families stress-free. Kathryn was so supportive throughout the whole process; she created an event timeline and confirmed with all vendors, she came to the rehearsal at the church, and she received all the rentals (the day before our wedding). Brittani was great on the day of the wedding! She was able to guide others and keep things organized. As the bride I did not know if/when things are going wrong which is the sign of a good coordinator. It was also reasonably priced, and she included a second person for the day of which was a great help for setup/teardown. Downsides were that the portal that Brittani used for payment and other information was kind of a mess and did not work for us outright multiple times, which she acknowledged she would be switching from. As a note there were some of the specifics that we thought would be covered in which we had to do ourselves (modifying and sending our allergy list with our caterer). Overall Brittani has a great can do spunky Texas attitude and I’m glad we trusted her with our day!

Working with Adoabi and Mel was a dream! I used Events in a Crunch as my day-of coordinator and they did not disappoint! Mel and I met a few weeks before the wedding to pass off all the vendor information and scheduling. Mel made sure our wedding day went flawlessly and I did not have to worry or stress ONCE throughout the day. I had a wonderful experience working with The DeLain Co for my styled shoot. They were extremely flexible and responsive throughout the planning process, making it easy to coordinate all the details. The quality of their work was highly professional, with great attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach. As a HMAU artist, the team collaborated seamlessly with other vendors, were true team players, and delivered beautiful hair and makeup. They were also ready to step in with extra help whenever needed, and even brought the owner's husband as a surprise model for a photo shoot.
