We are fun, friendly, calm, organized, hard-working wedding planners based in Austin, Texas with a passion for helping our couples enjoy one of the happiest days of their lives. Our mission is to create seamless events you, your friends, and your family will remember forever. We want to execute your wedding day as if it were you running the show. In other words, you've worked incredibly hard to envision your big day and now you need someone to help execute all those details. In order to do so, we’re dedicated and committed to making sure no detail is overlooked. Our goal is to be your second brain come wedding day.

We take the time to make sure your event is special to you. We don't think your wedding should be cookie-cutter. We also think it should be a reflection of your personality and what's most important to you two. There are hundreds of different ways we can organize the events that happen on your wedding day. We're here to help guide you and sort through the chaos. We're knowledgeable and resourceful. We are backed by years of experience, strong vendor relationships, and supported by an incredible TEAM of individuals. We bring a stress-free, cloud-9 presence to your wedding day. Perfection Made Possible
Working with Amanda Blue Events was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I am completely obsessed with how our day turned out, and so much of that is because of Amanda and her incredible team. From the very beginning, Amanda was thoughtful, organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we hoped it would be. In the days leading up to the wedding, she communicated seamlessly with our vendors, stayed on top of every detail, and made us feel completely calm and taken care of. She even helped coordinate an extra hour of dancing, which ended up being one of the highlights of the entire night! On the wedding day, everything ran beautifully. Amanda and her team handled every moving piece behind the scenes, kept the timeline on track, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Because of them, we were able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and enjoy the day without worrying about a single detail. Our wedding exceeded our wildest expectations, and I truly would not have chosen any other support team to have behind us. Amanda brought our vision to life in a way that felt effortless, joyful, and completely us. We are endlessly grateful and cannot recommend Amanda Blue Events highly enough. I honestly cannot imagine our wedding day without her!

Best Wedding Planner!
Amanda was an incredible wedding planner from start to finish! The planning guides she provided were absolutely amazing and made the entire process feel organized and manageable. She was always on top of everything and quick to answer any questions I had along the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. On the wedding day itself, I didn’t have to lift a finger, everything ran so smoothly and perfectly. It truly felt like a dream. I can’t recommend her enough for your big day!!

Amanda is THE BEST!!
Amanda was truly one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process. As someone who is extremely indecisive and had no experience with weddings, I was overwhelmed by all the decisions that needed to be made. Not only was Amanda so fun to talk to and work with, but she made everything so much easier. She helped us stay on budget, make decisions, and bring our vision to life in a way that was even better than I imagined. On the wedding day, she was absolutely incredible. Everything ran so smoothly, and I was able to fully enjoy the day because I knew she had everything under control. She handled all the details behind the scenes and made sure every part of the day came together perfectly. What speaks volumes is that multiple family members and guests commented afterward about how amazing our planner was. Her organization, professionalism, and hard work the entire night did not go unnoticed. Amanda was one of the most important vendors we hired. She played such a huge role in making our wedding day everything we dreamed of, and I do not think we could have done it without her. Flawless Execution
Amanda made sure that our wedding was absolutely perfect. She made our vision come to life and went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless. She made the entire process super easy with a step by step guide and asked questions I hadn't thought of during our meetings to ensure she knew exactly how we wanted everything to go and look. We couldn't have done it without Amanda and we recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.
