We are fun, friendly, calm, organized, hard-working wedding planners based in Austin, Texas with a passion for helping our couples enjoy one of the happiest days of their lives. Our mission is to create seamless events you, your friends, and your family will remember forever. We want to execute your wedding day as if it were you running the show. In other words, you've worked incredibly hard to envision your big day and now you need someone to help execute all those details. In order to do so, we’re dedicated and committed to making sure no detail is overlooked. Our goal is to be your second brain come wedding day.
We take the time to make sure your event is special to you. We don't think your wedding should be cookie-cutter. We also think it should be a reflection of your personality and what's most important to you two. There are hundreds of different ways we can organize the events that happen on your wedding day. We're here to help guide you and sort through the chaos. We're knowledgeable and resourceful. Must Hire Wedding Planners
Hiring Amanda Hepner with Amanda Blue Events was hands-down the best decision I made for my wedding. She is truly the best of the best, and her years of experience in the wedding industry shine through in everything she does. From the very beginning, Amanda impressed us—not only with her professionalism, but with her genuine warmth and dedication. She actually toured us at Canyonwood Ridge, and I’ll be honest…I fell in love with Amanda before I even fell in love with the venue! Amanda’s reputation in the industry speaks for itself. Every vendor I reached out to knew her immediately and clearly respected her—it really felt like a privilege to drop her name. And true to form, she only recommends the very best vendors. I hired Amanda for partial planning, but what she delivered went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I’m an event planner myself with very high expectations, and Amanda completely blew me away. She’s straightforward, transparent, and executes every detail flawlessly. The planning tools she provides (including an insanely detailed Google planning sheet) are a lifesaver and cover absolutely everything you could think of. Some standout moments that show just how incredible she is: - She was always available, responding to my emails almost immediately—even when I messaged Canyonwood’s Instagram, she replied right away! - When my harpist canceled the week of the wedding, she quickly found and secured a replacement who was amazing. - On the day-of, she was ahead of everything before I even noticed. She managed the timeline seamlessly, made sure food got to guests on time, and even made sure my husband and I always had drinks in hand. - She captured and shared special photos and videos with us the very next day. - She went out of her way to add florals to my cake, even though I hadn’t ordered any. - She and her team packed up all of my décor and made sure everything got where it needed to go. - Perhaps most impressively—when HEB botched my cake order and I technically had no cake, Amanda sent her assistant to three different HEB locations just to track down my favorite one. I didn’t even find out until the next day how far she went to make sure everything was perfect. Amanda truly goes above and beyond in every way. She’s professional, sweet, personable, and absolutely relentless when it comes to making sure her couples are taken care of. If you’re considering hiring Amanda Blue Events, don’t think twice. She and her team are worth every single penny, and then some.

SO kind, quick communication, and genuinely so excited for us! She was so organized and on top of everything. We had some sensitive family issues the day of, and she handled it all flawlessly and professionally. Would absolutely recommend!

Amanda Blue Events really took care of us in our wedding planning and especially on our wedding day! We met Amanda at a venue tour (our first tour actually), and her passion for the industry is what not only sold us on our venue (Canyonwood Ridge) and her! She answered all of our questions along the way in planning and was an absolute rockstar on the day of the wedding. She is so professional and had the best advice on ending time for the wedding.
